Description of Work: Complete renovation of condo unit..bath, kitchen, all interior walls, doors, and finish work. Completely gutted unit and remodeled. Also replaced garage roof.

 + -1 more.Rick is pleasant and not a high pressure salesman. He does the work and the sales so there is no misunderstanding. His crew worked hard and were polite and pleasant (a rareity these days). The work was done to manufacturers specs and scope was spelled out and met. There was no charge for some minor substructure repair and replacing a small piece of plywood. The job was done in a workmanlike fashion fast and on time with no cost over run. Of all the work we have had done renovating a 110 year old home All Star was the best and I will use him again which is ultimately the question. The job site was left Cleaner than they found it! And they allowed us to fill the dumpster when they were done provided we follow the dumpster companies policy.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced roofing (before it failed, 1 layer of old shingles), had a dumpster on site. Used a complete roofing system as spelled out by the manufacturer including an ice dam. Price included all materials and labor using top of the line architechtural shingles

Description of Work: put a new roof on the house and took off old material and cleaned area.
