Well, I don't know. No one has come as yet. I have been home every day, but no one has come, after telling me that they would be here last week, but would call before arriving. No call. No visit!

John and his plumbing crew were very professional, courteous and thorough. They showed up on time and got the job done as promised. They were very knowledgeable and thoughtful and I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Installed outdoor shower, hot water recirculating system, backflow preventer for outdoor shower and repaired items installed by a previous contractor.

They were here within the hour, fix the problem quickly, and were on their way. They did not collect on site, so I do not know what the bill will be, but given the quick response as long as it is fair I am happy
Description of Work: I woke up this morning to find my heating system was not working so I had no heat or hot water, I called and the company had attack here in about an hour. He reset the heating system so that it worked

Description of Work: I've been using Maurer Plumbing for years for all my plumbing needs. Very responsive, excellent work, knowledgeable, and very fair pricing. They put in a new water heater, shut off our heat and water each winter, and lots of small jobs.

They nearly immediately responded to my phone call and were at my house within 2 hours. The plumber was very professional and friendly. The temporary repair was completed quickly and well.

Outstanding responsiveness. Fortunately, they had a tech in our area. With in an hour a well groomed, clean, and very polite young man was at the house. He quickly diagnosed the problem - old gaskets - and only replaced what was needed. $112 may seem a little steep to replace some washers, but plumbers do usually charge a minimum and he didn't sell me stuff that wasn't needed. Overall - I am very happy with the service and have them on my preferred service provider list. Highly recommended

The receptionist at the office took all the info from me and set up a visit for 2 days later. The serviceman called me first thing in the morning to set up a time. He arrived exactly on time and after I showed him the work to be done, he started immediately on the new faucet sets. The grout around the sinks was so dry and brittle that he took both out and cleaned and regrouted them before replacing both sinks. When he was finished there, he replaced the valve and a section of pipe on the outdoor shower. He then told me that he would have to return the next day because he did not have the correct valve for the laundry room. Once again he called first thing in the morning and arrived right on time to finish the job. All work took between 5 to 6 hours. The serviceman was efficient, pleasant, and was very neat and organized.
Description of Work: Changed faucet sets in two bathrooms. Replaced hot and cold water on/off valve in laundry room. Replaced broken valve in outdoor shower.

Description of Work: we had no heat on the first really cold day of autumn in a rental home. It was a holiday. I called the office and they sent someone out within 2 hours who quickly fixed the problem which was air in the water line. Kept in touch with me, very cordial. Will use again.
