He came into my house and cleaned all the area rugs and all the wall to wall carpet in the entire house on two levels. It was an amazing price. The owner, he is amazing. I will always use him.

David arrived right on time and went right to work. He worked diligently for hours cleaning our carpets. He used drop cloths and guards to protect the baseboards from getting rubbed by the hoses from his equipment. I couldn't believe how clean he got the carpets! He exceeded our expectations and we would gladly use him again.

David was very attentive and punctual. He was more than willing to help and give advice on the job. He followed up as well.

The owner answered my initial call, answered all of my questions, was extremely flexible in scheduling the appointment on short notice and came personally to perform the work. The carpets were not an easy job - my wife and I were thrilled with the results. The owner was extremely professional. I look forward to introducing this firm to property management firms i have relationships with. Couldn't be more satisfied. We made several calls to service providers, J Brightwell was more than competitive on price (and less than most).

After having my living room carpet cleaned by J. Brightwell, and being very pleased with the results and the price, I decided to entrust my mother's old Karastan to J. Brightwell for cleaning. The rug had never been professionally cleaned before and was extremely dirty. Worst of all, it had been in my sisters damp basement for 3 years before she gave it to me. The rug didn't have any stains, but it was very dirty and smelled so awful that I didn't think there was any hope for it. I was literally shocked when the Karastan was returned a month later - bright and clean, with NO ODOR. Miraculous! If they could get that clean, I imagine they could clean most anything. Better yet, the cost was less than the estimate I'd gotten elsewhere. It was great to work with a small local business rather than a national company. Better service because they care - not just young people putting in time until they can find another job like the service I got when I used to use the national carpet cleaning company.

The cushions had not been cleaned since they were put onto our newly commissioned yacht. Angie's list provided the J. Brightwell Co. and reviews, David has retired from the Coast Guard and no stranger to boats and related cushions. He did a trial run on 2 cushions and the results were excellent. So on to all 16. Great job done; on time as promised. Professional friendly service!

When they were finished, it looked like a brand new rug! They did it promptly, were courteous and I will definitely use them again!

For years I've used a nationally known carpet cleaning company to have my carpet cleaned. I decided to try a local company and am glad that I did. J. Brightwell Carpet Cleaning was superior in every way to the company I'd been using before. Mr. Moriarity arrived on time and was very polite and professional. Being used to the national carpet cleaing company, I assumed he would come in, run the steamer over the carpet, and be gone. I was amazed when he not only pre-treated all of the pet stains on my carpet, but then pre-treated the entire carpet before steam cleaning it. I'd never had that done before. Mr. Moriarity was at my house more than twice as long as the company I'd previously used, and my carpet looked 10x better when he left. Best of all, he told me how to treat pet stains when they occur in order to minimize staining. That tip alone made me pleased that I switched to J. Brightwell. Not only was my carpet cleaner than it was when using the national carpet cleaning company, but the cost was less. I was very pleased with the service I received and will continue to use J. Brightwell in the future.

Fantastic-exceeded my expectations

Great experience! I got a Saturday appointment which I asked for and a reminder email with written directions for what to expect from the service. David was on time and took great care assessing the job. In fact, one old chair he was concerned about damaging and we agreed to not clean it as the material would not stand up, and they did not charge for it. David was thorough, very polite and the results were excellent! I also got a follow-up email to see if all went satisfactorily.

They are fabulous. They are absolutely wonderful. They are punctual and pleasant to deal with. They are very neat and do an excellent job.

After a visiting child ran through the house with a yellow crayon, All Bright rearranged his schedule to quickly resolve the problem. He was prompt, courteous and did a wonderful job! Would highly recommend his service. He is the best!
