Description of Work: Conversion of Oil to Gas heating system, plus AC with conversion to 2 zone system with rerouting of ductwork in basement and addition off zone control dampers. Also added air filtration and humidification to 2nd existing gas fired system.

Jim, the owner, came out within 2 hours, determined the problem with our gas furnace and came by the next morning before 6 AM (!) with the necessary part to complete the repair. There have been no issues since then. He was very quick to respond, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and I would heartily recommend his services. All in all, very satisfied.

+ -1 moreIt was a really good experience. They were excellent. I have gone through several estimates and they came in substantially less than the others. It was a difficult job because we were having a major remodeling of the house that involved putting an extra storey on it and they managed to figure out just how to work around that, which most of the other people we had consulted did not have a clue how. They were very quick, efficient and close to the lowest price. We had a problem with the tube and they came back promptly and fixed it.
Description of Work: DRT Heating And Air Conditioning put in a central air conditioning system for us two years ago during the summer.

+ -1 moreThey had to work around and move stuff in the basement and they were careful of our materials. They were a competent and professional group. Their estimate and payment schedule were very reasonable and when we had a minor problem with a thermostat that wasn't working correctly afterwards, they returned promptly and fixed the problem. There is additional work to complete as we are remodeling in phases, so I have no fear about their returning when needed to finalize the registers in the new floors etc. A delight to work with all around. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Jimmy, Josh and the guys removed old duct work in the existing house and replaced it with new insulated ducts and installed connected ducts to the addition we are building.
