Description of Work: Remove old single wide driveway, regrade, and install double wide driveway and walkway.

Description of Work: Nothing- I did not use this provider. Carver is much too far away from my location, even to be remotely considered.

Description of Work: Scott's Sealcoating enlarged our drive way, he put in 4 x 6 for a retaining wall, there was a little patch where he put some tar and then he seal coated the whole thing.

Description of Work: Due to the installation of a septic tank underneath the drive-way, the entrance to the garage started to settle and led to 1 1/2 inch step on two septic tank covers and one drain. That created a serious problem for plowing in winter. I called Scott Putney who agreed to come the next day, measure the area, suggest a size of are where the drive-way would have to be raised by 1 1/2 inches. The following Monday - as promised - he excavated the described area, which was more difficult than unticipated, because below a shallow layer of asphalt was a solid ground of poured concrete which had to be worked on to accomodate the new asphalt layer. He then leveled the driveway parfectly with the sorrounding area. Excellent job done on time and within the estimate. Highly recommended. Description of Work: I contacted three driveway sealing companies for proposals. Scott's Seal Coating provided a quote of $320.00 (my driveway is approximately 2000 square feet) which was $20.00 above the lowest quote but considerablly lower than the highest quote. The owner, Scott Putney, provided a quote within a couple days and offered to seal a couple of driveway cracks with molten rubber (like the stuff used to repair roadways) while neither of the other two did. I had Scott do the job and he had it completed within a few days. They edged the perimeter of the driveway where the lawn had grown over the pavement, brushed off the driveway with steel bristled brooms, and used a leaf blower to remove the debris. They used the hot rubber to seal where the driveway meets the street and where the concrete garage floor meets the driveway. Once that was done they applied sealer over everything. Great job, good price, and very easy to deal with and he used good quality material. The driveway looks like new for $320.00
