We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company, Majic Air, Inc. We are a full service heating, ventilation and air conditioning company servicing the South Shore and Cape Cod areas. We specialize in the installation of all types of equipment such as heat pumps, warm air furnaces, air conditioning systems, hydro-air systems and rooftop systems for residential and commercial applications. We also have a sheet metal fabrication shop to produce all types of sheet metal products. We are fully licensed and insured in plumbing, gas piping, refrigeration piping and oil burner work. We are also NATE certified and accredited with the Better Business Bureau. We are certified by various manufacturers to work on their equipment. Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Weil McLain, Burnham, Goodman, Bryant and Jantrol to name a few. Our years of experience exceed over 30 years in the industry. We are a company with years of knowledge and experience. We would be more than happy to give a competitive bid on your upcoming projects. The Maejic Air team arrived promptly at the time promised. They worked efficiently and carefully respected the areas they were working in, they completed the job 1.5 hrs, sooner than, estimated and left my home as clean as it was when they arrived.
Description of Work: Removed and disposed of existing gas-fined forced hot air furnace, installed a new one and thoroughly tested it.

Tim was the sales rep. He was always in time & reasonably tried. Installer showed up in scheduled @7:30 A.M. & worked all day both days to get everything done.
Description of Work: Installed new coil top of furnace basement. Installed new Trane condenser on precast pad. All refrigerant & condensates piping, all paver & control wiring & new digital programmable thermostat. Installed FUJITSU heat pump system in 3 season room with air handler, wall mount bracket etc.

Tim was a pleasure to deal with. Very disappointed with the ductwork issue
Description of Work: The salesman, Tim was great. He arrived promptly and we went over options. He got back to me quickly with a quote for a new furnace, AC, and water heater. We had also discussed replacing and relocating some ductwork. When I asked what he thought it would cost for the ductwork he said that the crew wasn't willing to go under the house to make the changes. I was shocked to hear this from a HVAC company.

Alex came to do the estimate. He was prompt, courteous and professional. The installation crew was as well. The system was installed exactly on time and at the estimated price.

Sales rep, Alex, was very helpful / knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation of equipment and recommendations. He also made an extra house call to review existing heating and address heating issue with old furnace (before conversion). Technicians were very professional, clean, and polite. Job was completed as promised. I am pleased w/service & new system.
Description of Work: Conversion / replacement of oil fired FHA furnace to high-efficiency propane furnace with plan to add central A/C in Spring.

My furnace broke on a Thursday. I called 3 providers and Majic Air was the only one that could finalize the contract by Friday and completely finish the job by noon Saturday. Amazing responsiveness! Amazing communication and professionalism!

Service men arrived 1 hr earlier than stated, materials in hand. Took 2 days to complete as promised. Workers were professional, knowledgeable, neat and tidy except for electricians who were messy and had to clean up after.
Description of Work: A/C 1st floor. We had no duct work so the attic was used leaving an octopus lay out as we'd been told.
