They gave us a quote , we hired them put down the deposit The men showed up on time and did a wonderful job and explained things. ,,They cleaned up after themselves and we paid them and they left. They were very professional.

A good experience, quick and reasonably priced. Joe was easy to talk to and Paul performed service on a 90 plus degree day without issue.

Almost went with another company for my gas furnace installation, because of the price difference of an 80% efficiency vs a 97%. So glad I didn't. The installation was handled very professionally and thoroughly. Couldn't be happier.

Have attempted to contact Majic Air regarding gas comapny rebate 5 times. Crickets. Representative seeems to have complete contempt for any need to communicate after install. Considering a complaint with BBB

They were very good for our central A/C installation. The price was half of what Sears quoted us, and the service has been excellent. They came out to check the freon levels and also after a hurricane when we had trouble restarting the system (both times free of charge).

Excellent service, very professional would use them again. and would reccomend them to anyone. the men were clean and neat and did a great job and followed through checking up with me to see that all was well. D. Signore

I got them on the phone right away, they showed up when they said they would, they came back when they said they would..good guys would use them again. It could be an industry standard but I paid $185 to replace a $40 part. That seemed a bit high to me...but again, they were good.

Joe and his employees have been an absolute pleasure to work with and very responsive. We would highly recommend them. The day they arrived for the job, we were impressed by how efficient they were. Joseph of Magic Air is a very professional man with half a dozen licenses, heating, refrigeration, sheet metal, gas fitting... He matched the lowest estimate I got. His workers are as good as he is, I can't say anything less than wonderful people who did a wonderful job. They installed a furnace and central air; the job started at 9am and was done by 3pm. I didn�t even know that they finished, all of a sudden the house started to cool down in a very hot July day. I already sent him to give a quote for another job, I am pretty sure he will get the job. Unlike a lot of companies who raise the Air Conditioning price significantly in the hot summer days. Forgot to mentioned, I brought him to the job site 3 times before I gave him the job, and each time he is as pleasant and professional as the time before. To be honest I felt comfortable dealing with Magic Air and was going to give them the job even if they didn�t offer me the best price, just because I knew they are reliable people that will always be there for me.
