Danny was awesome. He was punctual, extremely helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did recess lighting in our living room, a dining room light fixture, a kitchen light fixture and a recess above our sink. He also did 2 bathroom fixtures and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. It has been a pleasure having Daniel do the wiring for my new home. I posted on agis list and within 30 minutes got a phone call as well as a same day site visit which is unheard of. He was ready to start the following week and knocked out the whole rough in 4 days with a sign off. I am very happy with the work so far. Installed an interlock kit and outlet for a generator, fair price, very responsive, helped explain the options for the project and his recommendations, also helped provide guidance on what generator features were needed (240V L14-30 outlet), arrived right on time, after completing the installation helped show and go over proper and safe operation of the generator to power the house, easy to see why he has such a high rating, would definitely recommend

Mr. Orr quoted installing 30-amp generator inlet box for $1,000 and 50-amp for $1,300. I agreed on 50-amp one. He did not want to be paid by personal check, credit card, even bank cashiers check. He accepted only cash. I agreed. For permit, he said his hourly rate is $250 and two visits to town office would cost additional $500 for permit and stated I do not really need it. Considering he is in Angis list licensed, prescreened, I accepted the offer without permit. He installed the service. No receipts, no insurance information, and with my acceptance, no permit. He did not even try my new generator after installation to see if everything works fine. It was partly my mistake, though. I feel humiliated now. No one should work on panel without town permit. I had to call another electrician after the work. The cable from inlet to panel was 8-3, not 6-3 gauge for 50-amp inlet. I called Mr. Orr and requested a proper gauge cable or reimburse me $300 for the lower grade work. He did not want to come, saying it is a 45-minute distance. He agreed to send me $100 by his personal check, saying I would not have any problem with my generator's output (The Westinghouse WGen9500DFc Dual Fuel Portable Generator with CO Sensor produces up to 12,500 peak watts and 9,500 running watts), dividing 9500 watts by 240 volts. He said I do no;t even have 50-amp output anyway and I should not worry about it. Now, another electrical contractor who replaced the panel to 200 amp, replaced the 8 gauge to 6 gauge, as well.

Bottom line, Daniel was exceptional from the moment he returned my call, which was within a few minutes to arriving on time. His attention to detail was spot on. He took the time to review every step of my install so I knew what to expect and answered every question. Daniel was extremely professional and thorough and I couldnâ t be happier with the install and will without hesitation recommend him to friends for their future electrical needs. Looking forward to having him handle our future projects.

We had a mess of a panel in our detached garage, incomprehensible. Dan gathered the information from me and came over to evaluate the problem. After confirming he could fix our panel, he was very quick at gathering the materials and coming to fix the problem. He was prompt the day the work was to be done, explained everything he was doing as well any issues he ran into on the project. He able to finish up early and used the extra time to get our flood light installed, as well as fix a light switch, and broken in-floor thermostat. We did run into an issue of some outlets not working, but Dan was quick to respond and figure out what the problem was and come over to resolve it.

On time, Fast, quality work

Daniel was great, friendly and knowledgeable and ready to explain everything! He was very responsive to any questions I had prior to actually doing the job and when he arrived he let me know what to expect and gave me an estimate of what the job involved and how long it would take. He completed the installation efficiently and made sure I knew what to do when we have our next power outage. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Dan installed a new electrical panel and generator switch and inlet connection. He did a great job, very efficient and tidy. I would hire him again.
