Burr Remodeling

I had been given Bob Burr's number (along with others) on a list of recommended tile contractors from a local tile store. After contacting Bob, he agreed to do what would most likely be a 1 day job that I was eager to get done prior to the holidays. After what was considerable prep work on my end and requesting a day off from work to be present for the tile job. Bob called on the morning of the job to inform me that the belt on his plow truck had broken and it was more important for him to get it fixed than to show up for my tile job. Now I've used up a valuable vacation day for nothing and am pressed to find another contractor that might be able to do the job before the holidays! I have no idea if his work is any good, but Bob's reliability should be considered before contacting him.
