Let me tell you a little about Artie from Arch Plumbing. I was in such a dilemma when my water heater broke. Not only did it flood my basement but I had to shut down main water shut off because the shut off on the water heater would not close and the water heater kept leaking. I called several places (ie. Home Depot and smaller plumbing business') and, first of all, they could not come out for several days and the price that they were going to charge me was astronomical! I called Arch Plumbing and told Artie the problem. He was at my house within 20 minutes and replaced the shut off on the broken water heater so I could at least turn my main water shut off back on for water use in my house. The very next day Artie came out and replaced my water heater. He did an excellent job in a very timely manner. He took away the old heater and left no debris behind. Before he left I asked him if he would look at my kitchen faucet that was leaking. He immediately went to my faucet and repaired it. I would never ever call anyone else for my plumbing needs...Arch Plumbing is first and only on my list!
