2 1/2 years later and it's been running great from day one Heating and cooling very happy with it. just wish i did it sooner, t here is nothing like an air conditioned home

A/C Unlimited and Scott were the Best contractor and crew. Scott knows his stuff he had some great ideas for our tuff house and he is not a pushy sales guy, he sells you what you need to cool the house for a great price the job was $12,500 and we love it. They started and finished on time, and everything works Great. if your looking to AC your home i would give these guys a call, they have plenty of refrences. I got his name from my Brother he loved the job Scott and his guys did also.

A/C Unlimited was by far the least expensive contractor - but you get what you pay for. Next lowest contractor was $13,500. They started on time, but finished 2 weeks late. At the end everything, it works okay. However we have rooms that don't cool sufficiently, but I had to really watch over their work. They left the house messy, didn't use drop cloths when they were cutting through plaster, did a poor job of re-plastering areas (which I ended up doing), and didn't get a building permit for the electrical work. On the day of the last payment, I had a checklist of items for them to do which frustrated them, but ended up catching several more items, including not having a full charge of coolant in the condenser unit. Overall, while it works, it was very frustrating and Scott was not receptive to my expectations.
