Quote went smoothly and was half to 2/3 price of other quotes. Arranging detail walk thru and date of work was difficult with a several missed dates, some with no phone call to let us know he wasn't coming. Work crew finally came with little evidence the boss had passed on detail walk-thru info. So concerns over which gardens to protect were not understood, crew spoke minimal english. Boss did not show until second day to oversee. Generally workers were diligent and hard working and reasonably experienced. However, they did not understand our "hotspots", so they dropped and dragged branches in ways that caused more damage than we wanted. Example: they wanted to drop trunk on driveway, boss said they would use logs to prevent damage, but before he told the worker, the worker dropped it without logs and left 6 inch hole in our driveway. In short, they were very cheap and we got our money's worth, but we would have gladly paid more money to get a more professional job.
