+ -1 moreWe had a Ornamental Aluminum Fence installed by Premier Fence around 11 years ago. The Fence is still beautiful however 2 sides of the fence are shaky and leaning inward. We called Premier Fence and they sent someone to look at it and he must have thought that we had installed the fence ourselves and suggested that this was happening because we used "a bad batch of concrete to install the fence". We explained that this was installed by Premeir Fence and the representative said that he would talk to the owner and get back to us. After not hearing back from him, we called and spoke to him again, he said that the owner would give us a call. We left a total of 5 messages for the owner and have yet to hear back (its been 6 months). We are really disappointed that Premier Fence is not even calling us back to discuss the situation.

+ -1 moreI would highly recommend Premier Fencing as they do such quality work, and their product is fantastic.
Description of Work: I had them put in a white picket plastic fence which was scalloped at three feet to four feet. It goes the length of my yard being used as a property divider. It took two days to install as my land was very rocky, and it took a couple of hours to dig one of the holes. The person with whom I met with did a great job on listening to what I wanted, and assisted with designing how to best install the fence. The posts are very long, so it goes far into the ground. There is a swing part when the fence goes from the three ft. part to the four ft. part as it is showcasing my muched area where I have trees, shrubs. Their fence was a little more expensive than others, but the quality of the fence far outpasses any that I have seen. The pickets are thick, sturdy, and a lifetime warranty. Warranty on installation is one year. I am so happy that I chose this company, and would definitey use them again. I had to wait for two months to have it installed as they are very busy, but very worth the wait.

Description of Work: I was getting estimates for fences and Premier was one of the companies. They were prompt to set up an appointment and the salesman was on time. He did mention their price might be on the higher end and this turned out to be true. I ended up going with another company for a lower price.

+ -1 moreMy experience with this company was very good. The sales rep was very professional and explained things very clearly. In addition, when I discovered a slight problem with the work after it was completed, they came back within the next day or 2 to fix it. The only slight problem was that the workers were about 2 hours late, so I had to leave for work before they arrived.
Description of Work: Replace rotting parts of a wooden fence, as well as install a new gate.
