I have been following mortgage rates for some time, and I noticed that Poli was often the best rate. Thinking that it was another bait-and-switch, I ignored them for a while, but when rates started falling I decided to give them a call to find out if they would honor the advertised rates posted on Zillow.com. Sure enough Chip said they would honor that and even provided some alternative mixes of rates and closing costs. In the end Chip was able to get me a 3/8 reduction in my mortgage with ZERO closing costs. This included his lender fees, and third-party fees that often creep in. Basically he was able to get me a rate that had a lender credit to cover all of those costs. Working through the process was painless- it was the smoothest of the 3 refi's I've been through. Everyone I dealt with in the process was excellent, from Chip who I worked with for the application and getting the rate, Sarah who handled all of the paperwork, to the appraiser and closing law firm. They use a secure portal for exchanging documents and files, so you don't need to send your taxes through email like some others. The closing took 30 minutes and we were able to do it one evening after work. I have already recommended Poli to friends, and will continue to do so.

Fantastic! No points, no closing costs and best rates. I checked multiple other sources and nobody could beat the rate. Other mortgage brokers asked me how Peter could do it. Came to my home to sign all papers. Even convinced the lender to use my own lawyer for the closing instead of their preferred lawyer. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone if you want the best rate at no cost.

Outstanding. The easiest closing I have ever dealt with. Chip came to my house, got all the documents from me, copied them and FedEx-ed them back within a day. The lawyer who did the closing came to my office at my convenience.
