 + 1 moreHad a new contractor inspect, so they ripped it out and they said the flooring that was used was not appropriate for a cabana. Also, that the Cabana should have been raised up on a slab so that the water doesn't run under it. It was constructed poorly. I contacted the company in June of this year to get their comments and to give him a chance to explain things and hear his side of the story, but he never got back with me. The door has to be taken out, the floor has to be ripped out and re-done, the kitchenette has to be taken out. I may have to have it torn down.
Description of Work: Hired this company to build a Cabana. It came out very nice. Last year I noticed that it started rotting from underneath. This was supposed to be a 25 year deal, not 8.
