We worked with Mike to sell our home and also to purchase a new home on the south shore. We really can’t recommend him enough! He is a great guy and a straight shooter and provides you with the information and suggestions you need to get through this process. We looked at a number of houses with Mike and he was able to identify things about the homes that we never would have noticed or even considered. There were several times where we may have gotten a little too excited about a house, despite some obvious setbacks, and Mike was right there keeping our best interests in the forefront. The idea of selling our house and finding a new one, with two kids, was a daunting task however, Mike really let us do it on our own schedule and was supportive and responsive any time we called on him. He was there every step of the way for us. He always answered every text, call, or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work are evident and very appreciated. We truly never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house or close the deal, but rather that he really wanted to find us our forever home. He was always available to answer our questions and help me to make the best decision for our family. He truly works hard for his clients and has his clients best interests at heart. We were extremely happy with our choice to work with Mike!

We first contacted Mikel based on a referral from a coworker and reached out to him with a house in mind that we had seen online. He had an appointment lined up for the next day where we met him for the first time. We ended up touring three houses with him in four days, got referrals for the mortgage, inspector, and insurance, and had an accepted offer on the third house we saw two days later! We were able to close on our new home just two months after we first met him. Even though this was our first home purchase we felt confident and comfortable with everything because of Mikel. He knew the area extremely well, talked to us about the cities in the area that fell within the criteria we were looking for, and was able to answer questions about potential renovations/updates or repairs so we wouldn't get in over our heads and sure enough when the inspection came in it echoed what Mikel had pointed out to us during the initial tour of the home which just solidified our confidence in him. The whole process was so smooth and seamless, each person he recommended to us has been wonderful, and we would highly recommend Mikel to anyone needing an agent!

Mike was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He showed us properties over a 3-month period and was highly responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, candid, and extremely professional. He explained the home-buying process and the pros and cons of every property we considered. Mike was very patient, got us any showing we requested, and never pushed us to overbid on any property that we put an offer on. He was able to help us close on a perfect house at a great price in a highly competitive market, and he made the entirely process as stress-free as possible for us, the buyers. After the sale was completed, Mike continued to help us, sending us references for mortgage agents, home inspectors, and insurance agents. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else but Mike in the future—he is awesome. If you are looking to have a stress-free selling or buying experience, don’t bother with anyone else but Mike.

We bought our first home with Mike just about 5 years ago, and when we decided it was time for a move, he was the first phone call we made. Having represented us as buyers before, we knew that he would be, by far, the best person we could have representing us as sellers. As always, Mike was patient, informative, knowledgeable, professional and dedicated. He made the entire process smooth and easy from start to finish. He was always available when I needed him for a quick question or a long conversation. We sincerely hope that we won't be moving again any time soon, but I can tell you with utmost certainty that we will never, ever move without Mike in our corner. Mike has now represented us twice as buyers and once as sellers - so trust us when we say, do yourselves a favor and call him first! It'll be the most worthwhile phone call you'll ever make.

I can't say enough about the detail and attention Mikel DeFrancesco provided while he was our Realtor, and after! Mike helped us through the tedious challenge of buying a home. He was patient and very informative sharing his experience, not his personal opinions to allow us to find the best house for our family. He has also sold a property quickly for my sister after a long time on the market with another realtor and helped fine a unique house with very specific needs.
