better than I could have expected from anyone. Their creativity was much appreciated as I was able to keep beloved pieces that I otherwise would have had to give up. They were punctual, hard working and organized. Nothing was lost or broken. I enjoyed their esprit de corps as well.

I had a great team of guys who not only knew their stuff when it came to moving, but were kind, careful, funny and diligent. They were a pleasure to spend the day with, the project ran on time, and all my stuff got to my new place safe and sound. Their work was especially impressive because I moved from an elevator building to a three story walk-up that takes up the second, third and fourth floors of a 200+ year old building. Those poor guys had to deal with a massive amount of stairs, yet they remained upbeat and friendly and got the job done. They worked their butts off. I'd hire them again in a second. They were terrific.

The team that they sent was very experienced, and very professional. The trucks showed up on time, even with the cold and snow, and got things done quicker than they promised. They hustled all day, helped us pack the things we hadn't had time for, and were very careful about packing, loading, and unloading. We appreciated them bringing speciality boxes such as wardrobes, mirror/painting boxes, and boxes for lamps/shades. Especially nice that they were able to provide them, and then take them away when everything was done. It was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend them, and would hire them again in the future. Even with this great service, they were less expensive than the competitive bids we had gotten from two other local movers.

Very Professional. Lead Mover was very skilled at getting furniture around corners. They disassembled and reassembled beds. Made it quite easy for us. Would definitely recommend.

Marathon was great. They have moved us at least three times over the past decade and they've always done a fantastic job. The booking process is friendly and helpful. The quote was accurate. The guys were very nice, efficient and professional. They took the time to make sure all the furniture was exactly where i wanted it in the new house. I recommend them highly!

Marathon Moving was amazing! We had outstanding service from the in-house price quote, to making the reservations, to the moving crew. Everyone was so professional and courteous. The moving crew worked incredibly hard without a single complaint, and we had some pretty heavy items! The actual move came in for less than the quote. I highly recommend this company.

Elton, our foreman, as well as his crew both days, were fantastic. They were on time, explained everything, worked really quickly, took care of our belongings, and checked in with us often to make sure that the right things were being packed for the right location. The crew members themselves would double check where something belonged, and everyone was so nice.

Estimate for job was excellent in that they took the time to explain the whole moving process, and what to look for in a mover with respect to federal regulations, etc. Responsiveness dwindled after the initial visit and prior to the move taking place, which was frustrating, as we had a set timeframe for the move. The movers themselves were professional, courteous, and efficient. They pointed out objects that were previously damaged, and suggested re-packing for some objects that may become damaged. There was a slight miscommunication in the delivery date (too early) but we were able to resolve it. Upon arrival, a few items were damaged. The packing was done to maximize the space used in the truck, so perhaps some heavier things were stacked on objects that they shouldn't have been. Overall, we were happy with the service we received, despite the hiccups.

When the move date finally came, we ran into a big snag with the driveway at my new house. The crew was so gracious and helpful, and we were able to troubleshoot on site, making the move seamless. Our belongings arrived in perfect condition and the crew was both efficient and careful.

Gabe,Keith, and Marius arrived on time, were very friendly but professional. They set my grandmother's mind at ease, right from the start, and didn't mind when she kept asking questions. They walked the whole house to determine what was being moved, then quickly got to work boxing up items, disassembling beds and getting everything onto the truck. They walked through the new space so I could explain where everything was going, and carried everything up the stairs because they didn't want to tie up the residence's elevator. They made sure that my elderly grandmother's bed was one of the first things that got set up so she could rest once she got there. They quickly got everything into the new space, set everything up, removed all of the tape and packing debris that was around, and double checked with us to make sure everything was placed where we wanted it. After they left they came back one more time because they stopped to help my Uncle unload some items that we had packed in his car. That was really going beyond. We were very grateful to them.

They were excellent, on time, and did a great job. The movers were very friendly, fast, efficient, and everything went smoothly.

Marathon Moving Co. was extremely efficient, responsive and very easy to work with. Everything went beautifully from the first call to their agreeing to deliver an additional piece of furniture to my sister's home in another town. Three workers arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done. We all worked and communicated very well together and never felt rushed.

We have used Marathon Movers for our last two moves. We have moved nine times in all, using some of the biggest names in moving companies, and Marathon Movers are by far the best in every way! They made our moves easy and took the worry out of the process. From my first call to the last box off the truck, all the Marathon professionals we dealt with were pleasant, professional, courteous, and helpful. Nothing was left undone, and any questions were handled pleasantly, efficiently, and appropriately. The teams who helped us load and unload were great guys to have around; they worked hard and continuously throughout the day, not wasting any time and taking extremely good care of our belongings and furniture. We actually enjoyed the process! I truly cannot praise Marathon enough; the process of moving is stressful and can be challenging. We chose to use Marathon a second time (and would rehire them any time we move) because they take care of their customers, and are responsible, responsive, and pleasant throughout the process. I give them an A++++ because they are outstanding in every way!

Everything went great. The guys showed up on time and worked incredibly hard even though it was super hot and humid. They were efficient, nothing was damaged and everything was put away into the proper locations. We were really happy with the service that we received and I would definitely recommend Marathon!

This move went so well. Marathon Moving exceeded my expectations. The crew was fabulous. They were hard working, kind, understanding, professional, and extremely helpful. Thank you Steve H., Jason, Nick, and Attila. This move was incredibly stressful to me but they made it so much less stressful. And at the end of the move, I was bracing myself for them to tell me how much more I needed to pay them. Instead they told me that the move cost a few hundred dollars LESS than the estimate. This is the first time in my life movers told me at the end of the move I owed them LESS. I recommend them highly.

They are clear about when they were coming and how much they were charging (coming in at the low end of their estimate). The guys worked continuously, but not always the most efficiently (For instance, waiting till the end to move the fridge out, and then realizing it would not fit through the front door - asking me to remove trim from the back door while they waited...someone could have measured this sooner, I believe, since this wasted time)

These guys were brilliant and the crew was amazing.

Perfectly. I made the reservation on Tuesday or Wednesday and was able to book some time on the following Saturday. The movers arrived within the given 4-hour window and called to let me know when they were on their way. They moved the books to off-site storage with no problems, and the movers were courteous and professional the entire time. Total time from when they arrived to when I locked up my off-site storage, about 90 minutes.

Our Marathon representative was highly professional and punctual. She told us what to expect, worked to meet our schedule, and kept in contact with us including visiting our home more than once as we were preparing items to be moved. She also provided us with solid information throughout and ensured that we had a very experienced driver who also served as crew leader. . The items arrived in good condition and, given the household size and distance of the move, things worked out extremely well. We have had only a few long distance moves but this one was the best in our judgment.

Excellent!!! The crew was very professional and efficient. There was no down time and they hustled the entire move. They worked with the hoisting service to remove several large pieces and had two flights of stairs to carry boxes. They packed my storage unit like a puzzle to full capacity. I will be using them again to move my items from storage into my new home. I highly recommend.
