They did an excellent job. Nick was very friendly, quick, responsive and got three bedrooms done in two days so we could shift our furniture around. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again as well.

Nick was great to work with. From the very beginning in suggesting carpets to look at for our needs, to borrowing the boards for color comparison to working within our budget, everything was very transparent. The installers were incredibly professional, very careful of our house (it was raining the day of our installation so they wiped their boots all day long) and cleaned up nicely. Very happy and highly recommend.

Nicky gave us a sale price on our carpet even though the sale hadn't started yet. He also gave us some good advice and we ended up going with a Berber carpet for our busy living room that's been exactly the right choice for us. The crew who showed up to install the carpet was on time, quick, and professional. I called Nicky again the day before a big snowstorm. Someone had suggested carpet tubes as a way to keep a toddler busy, and Nicky wasn't at all fazed when I asked if I could have one. He sent over two tubes and even threw in some carpet squares (one of which is 3' x 8' and perfect for my hallway). My son was thrilled to roll his balls and trains down the carpet tubes, and I was thrilled that it kept him entertained when we were snowed in.

This was one of the best purchasing experiences we have ever had. Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with our selection of carpets. We shopped around first at box stores where we found the salespeople to be much less helpful. We had a second quote from another carpet store in Quincy which we had used previously. N.J. Marathas was much less expensive and provided superb service and installation. He provide us with a free remnant for our stairs and thus only charged us for installation of that carpet. I honestly would not consider going anywhere else for carpet in the future.

My son-in-law went to the carpet showroom and with the help of a sales person, picked the carpet I wanted for my condominium. They had exactly what I was looking for at a very competitive price. On the day of installation, the installers arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently.The sales person and installers were very professional. Very pleased with the purchase.

Installation resulted in $ 1,500 in damages to furniture due to company carelessness. Company promised to pay for the damage, then reneged and is unwilling to even communicate with us. Numerous phone calls are unreturned. There is a serious ethical problem with this company.

SUPER! These folks are just wonderful. They came with high recommendations from others who had used their services & products, and they did a GREAT job, on time, on budget, cleaned up afterwards. SUPER!!!

After six months of run-around from large hardware store, we finally cama to Marathas. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Immediate, excellent service. Easy to find what we wanted. Got immediate, accurate answers to our questions. Came within one business day to confirm measurements. Set up a date for installation within two weeks. I had to cancel two days before installation, and they were able to reschedule it for one day later. Came when they said they would. Moved furniture without additional charges. We paid exactly what the estimate was. Installation only took an hour. Excellent experience.
