Description of Work: Basement renovation, very professional and well done. Our only slight issue was that our project manager left the company and nobody told us and we ended up having to wait for a week or so for the process to be completed, but it was a small delay and did not cause a problem. A good experience compared to some general contractors we had used previously.

Description of Work: We purchased their Angie's List deal. We were supposed to receive a basement design, however we paid for an estimate and sales pitch on installing an Owens Corning Basement. Shame on both the provider and Angie's List for this deceiving "deal". We received no design to keep, and the only design to speak of was a very basic outline on graph paper. Needless to say, even if we did want an Owens Corning basement (which looks like a cubicle), we would look elsewhere.

Description of Work: Used Lux Renovations to install (formerly) Owens Corning replacement windows. Windows are great and the install went smoothly. A bit on the pricey side but hopefully the windows will last a very long time, at least 30 years would be great. There's a lifetime warranty on the windows, installation and labor which is what sold me on the windows. So far everything is great!
