The new basement room started off as a place for my exercise equipment but it was so nice and spacious when it was done that I added leather couch and chairs and a big screen TV. It is now my favorite room. They guys did a great job, finished on time and they even moved my gym equipment to the basement for me.

If you are having your basement done, there is only one company and that is Lux Renovations. Their system is designed to last and protect your basement from unwanted surprises. The removable panels are spot on for any maintenance work to pipes and also allow a breathable space to ensure that mold will never occur. Our neighbors went for a slightly cheaper bid with another company and now they have moldy Sheetrock walls in their basement. We wanted a job done that would last and protect my family. The workers were on time and always even went the second mile to ensure that we were satisfied. For us, there is only Lux Renovations when considering having a basement redone.

We had bought a new house over the summer and the builder prepped the basement for finishing but stopped there. We debated hiring a previous general contractor but after Lux Renovations came by and explained the Owens Corning basement system, we were sold. They worked with us to cut costs and the whole thing took about two weeks with minimal disruption. I highly recommend them!

He would be a ten for me! I would definitely hire them again. They were very well prepared and organized, and very knowledgeable about their product. Its all mold and mildew resistant. They had videos of the process for us to see a sample of their work and how its done. They answered our questions thoroughly, He was very great about giving ideas and recommendations, and they specialize in basements. Their receptionist made me feel so comfortable and reassured that I wasn't going to be scammed. She called an hour before the guy came out. She made sure we felt comfortable and knew what was going on, she had really good communication skills. Make sure if you are taking on a basement remodel or a basement repair project, you hire a basement specialist. They did such a good job and I am so pleased with their work!

After several setbacks and coordination issues, our PM finally wrapped up all the loose ends and left us in great shape. The quality of the materials and workmanship are top notch!
