Lux Renovations installed the Owens Corning basement system in our house. The original area was in very rough shape. The team did the demolition and completed the entire basement. It looks incredible and everyone in the family loves the new space. The team was responsive and did excellent quality work.

Loved the work. Contractor went over everything in full. I feel it went rather smoothly without any real hiccups. They worked with us to give us what we wanted in the basement remodel. Our installer was probably the hardest working person Iâ ve met in a while. His skills were top notch and everything looks amazing. Very happy we decided to do this with Lux as we passed on it when we first were going to remodel years ago. Now we have another place to hang with family and friends and it just is a huge improvement over what it was before.

Had a very positive experience with Lux Renovations. Paul was their very knowledgeable sales consultant who came out to visit with us a couple of times, left samples, brought new samples when we changed our minds, and generally helped guide the process based on his experience working with other customers. For example, we imagined the basement being finished one way, and he provided some additional ideas to consider. Ultimately we liked his idea better and went with it. The work crew were amazing from start to finish. We really appreciated how they cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. Very polite and respectful and professional. While it's true that an Owens Corning basement may quote out more expensive than a conventional basement, you will thank yourself later for their ability to handle everything. They get the electrician on site, the plumber, anything the project requires. They also handled all the permitting, and scheduling inspectors at different stages in the renovation process. But most of all you will be thankful for the speed with which your beautiful new basement comes together.

Can be a tough company to do business with - we got a great crew and GM is fabulous. Happy overall but it was a bit of a hassle - which is unexpected as the work is not cheap

I would highly recommend Lux Renovations. It was a no stress experience from a customer perspective. Everything from meeting John our salesman, David the Construction Supervisor, Melo our installer, Mark our electrician, and Brian our plumber, this was a top notch job.

Their services are expensive but it worth it. No garbage o construction waste left behind.. work done professionally and perfectly . I will hire them again.

This was a good experience and definitely these guys can finish the project quicker than anyone else. One thing why they did not get the 5 star they lack paying attention to details and missing some of the final touches.

Fast construction!

The workmanship and attention given when the work started was great. The work was done on time, but slightly over budget due to challenges with our local guidelines. We definitely plan to use them again should we need to!

Very happy with my new basement. The price - Definitely sticker shock, but thinking about the materials, and then extra items they had to do to ensure it was up to code, I feel it was worth it, and I know that if I ever have water issues (which I have had and am sure to have again), this basement will be able to handle it The work - Once we were ready to get started, Covid hit and places were closing and going into lockdown, but they were still able to get the work done thru it all. The worker who came was very polite, professional, and did an amazing job. Highly recommend.
