It went fine. She was quick to come out and it was really nice. She did a good job.

Lande's was very professional and emailed me updates continuosly. I was very pleased with the house cleaning performed.

We set up an appointment but they missed it. I gave them a call back and left a couple messages but they never returned my call. Angie's List refunded the Deal for me.

Their work was substandard. The floor was not cleaned well. The cleaning lady did not clean well, at all. I called back to tell them about this, and the owner came out and cleaned my house. She was reasonable to deal with, but the fact is she brought back a different lady who is supposedly learning the process. The other lady came, and in the process she called her mom. She had her clean the bathroom, and she did not do it correctly. The cleaners did not clean the areas that I asked for. She basically asked if the cleaning was good enough. It was a substandard cleaning, and one of the screens fell off while she was cleaning. She told me that she thought that the window seal was already broken. She offered to replace it, and send the money back. She broke the screen and has not sent the payment back for the screen. She was not honest about the person that came into my house. I do not think that the person that came out to clean my house knew what they were doing.

They are very good and professional. Things seem to be going well so far. They communicate very well and I plan to use them in the future for regular housecleaning.

Two excellent workers - two hours of cleaning. I cannot say enough praise for the work they performed. I took advantage of the Angie's list coupon and I was so pleased, I gave a tip also.

I was contacted by this company in early December and a date (12/20/2011 at 10AM) for the service was arranged. Before purchasing this and quot;dealand quot; I checked the providers coverage area and confirmed that I lived within the area that was listed. However, on Dec. 19, at approximately 4:30PM, I received a call from Angie's List informing me that they do not cover my area and would receive a refund for the service. They explained that the providers information was wrong and they no longer serviced my area. My first issue is that the date was selected at least 2 weeks prior, I was very clear when making the appointment that I lived in Haverhill and at that time was not made aware of changes to the coverage area. Finding at the absolute last moment that I had no cleaner is unacceptable. Having taken on a part time Christmas job and expecting a full house over the holidays I had no time and no energy to tackle the house cleaning myself. I found 1 person willing to do the job and although I had to take time off to accommodate her schedule and it cost me more than double the and quot;dealand quot; price, she did a great job! Which began by her merely showing up! This instance aside, I have used Angies List to find other providers and must say I am disappointed thus far. Some have not returned estimates as promised, not shown up for appointments or simply not responded even to decline my requests. So far Angie's List has been a total and quot;MISSand quot; as far a I'm concerned. Karen White

Lande and her coworker were prompt and professional, even reaching out to me to schedule and appointment and that has never happened with a cleaning service and me before! The job performed was great since my place was pretty messy after some home improvement work and lack of maintenance on my part. I bought a special that was advertised on Angie's List for $75 which is reasonable. The only part I didn't like is that I had to pay $30 extra to have my daughter's nursery cleaned. So, it didn't end up being 'special' price in my mind.

Pleased that Lande's was accommodating to my schedule. I gave them one day's notice and they were able to schedule for an early weekend time. They came earlier than scheduled which is welcome. As far as the quality of their cleaning, I was satisfied for what must have taken 1.5 hours. My condo is a 2 BR 1100 sq ft and the work was performed by 2 ladies.
