John Dolan Flooring Kitchen & Bath

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. After an initial visit to look at our current kitchen, we met with Caroline to discuss layout and options. Her knowledge and suggestions throughout the project were very helpful and she got back to us immediately if we had questions. We mutually agreed on a starting date after the holidays and work began on January 2. Communication was consistent and we were always told of the next step and what to expect. All workers were efficient and care was taken in protecting other areas of the house and cleaning up at the end of each day. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful new kitchen. We would highly recommend John Dolan Flooring, Kitchen and Bath.

Waited longer for start of remodel but once started it progressed as expected. The various workers workers were very respectful of our home never leaving any messes. The company us a whole were very attentive to our needs, always getting back to us promptly.

I was very happy with the products and services provided (new countertops, backsplash and flooring). I especially loved the showroom where a picked out our materials. Super helpful staff and I could not be happier with the outcome.

I called and they said they'd give me an estimate. Then I stopped in the shop in Canton center and talked with Lorraine. She was very helpful in explaining what goes into putting in a floor and what kind of material I could choose from. They emailed me a detailed quote for two different options--one for linoleum tiles and one for stone octagonal tiles. They were responsive even though I didn't get the work done.

Our overall experience was excellent. Right from the start, Caroline was extremely helpful guiding us through the process. This was the first time we did something on such a big scale, and Caroline led us through it with ease. She was there the entire project answering any questions we may have had. Caroline was always prompt getting back to us either way ( both by phone and e-mail).Caroline assured us that a project this big would be done in a timely manner with Christmas right around the corner. We couldn't have been happier with the results. John and his crew were extremely professional to the point that I feel bad I can't remember everyone's names. John's crew kept our home clean and organized through the whole process. They informed us of everything we needed to know and what we should expect day to day. The communication was excellent and the finished product is even better. Between the new cabinets ,countertops, and tile flooring in the kitchen to the completely remodeled bathrooms we couldn't be more satisfied. Not only did John and his crew finish two days before Christmas, they completely exceeded any expectations we had. The workmanship of John and his entire crew was top notch. John and Caroline were a pleasure to work with through the whole experience.

The installer showed up on time & was pleasant to deal with. There was no problems with the installation of the carpet. Would recommend this company to anyone. John Dolan flooring are pleasure to do business with from showroom people to installers.

Our 20 year old kitchen was in need of an update and, based on reviews, we contracted with John Dolan. We could not be happier. Caroline guided us through the design process, including selecting the quartz for the counters and tiles for the backsplash. She also anticipated the need to do some minor modifications on our existing cabinets to accommodate our new appliances. Once our choices were made, Lorraine handled the ordering and scheduling and all went as planned. The entire job took three days. On the first day they removed the old countertop, sink, faucet, disposal and tile backsplash, disconnected our old appliances, and did the cabinet modifications On the second day the quartz counter top and appliances were installed along with the plumbing to connect the new sink and disposal. On the final day the new tile backsplash was installed. Caroline, Lorraine and all of the workers involved in this project were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. It was a pleasure dealing with a company that coordinated the entire project in such a seamless manner. We could not be more pleased with the entire process and the finished result. It is understandable why they have earned and deserve such consistently high ratings!

Obviously, they don't need the business, so I'll consider the fact that I never heard from them as a blessing.

John Dolan Flooring has top notch customer service and professional installers who know how to do a quality job. From the start, Caroline was extremely helpful. She brought samples to my house and with her expertise and knowledge of the carpets we were able to pick out the perfect color and style for my master bedroom. She was polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. She contacted me to schedule the installation and told me the installers would call about 1/2 hour before arriving. Guess what? They did! The installers were professional and respectful of my home. They removed the old carpet and pad and installed the new pad and carpet. They also moved 4 pieces of furniture back into my master bedroom. There was a small fee for this, but it was well worth it. They did a fantastic job!!!All in all, I would recomend John Dolan Flooring to anyone who wants a professional, quality job done right the first time.I plan on using them again, in the near future, to replace another bedroom carpet. Overall, They provide A+ service. Great people - great family run business!

They were very helpful @ store picking out sample. Caroline was specific about install and seams. She was running late but called by appt. time to update me. Installers called b4 arrival, were on time, clean and great!

The work done on my bathroom was phenomenal. Every day I'd come home to see the progress made and end up with a big smile on my face. The workers were so neat and tidy. The bathroom was always spotless at the end of the day, and their equipment and supplies were piled neatly out of the way. There was a little bit of a mix-up with the bathroom door, but the issue was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Everyone at John Dolan Flooring was a pleasure to deal with, and communication was very easy. I got recommendations on bathroom tile and flooring and could not have happier with the choices. I would highly recommend John Dolan and can't wait to use them for projects in the future.

Received no response to second call. In his defense, I have no doubt the winter that still lingers has been overwhelming for all contractors. Regardless, a phone call back saying he could not accommodate would have been much appreciated.

Their carpentry work was really good. They were very timely. They showed up when they said they would and stayed focused on the job until it was done. They were very professional. There was painting involved and they were not as good on the painting part.

I contacted John Dolan Flooring after the purchase of my house to get a quote for some Cambria Quartz counter tops. Caroline came to the house to give us a quote and take measurements, while she was there I was explaining the future plans we had to create an open concept to the family room, and she suggested I contact her brother John to get a quote. He met me the next day and was very upfront about his quote and was available to begin the demolition right away so his engineer could access the current framing and make a set of Plans for the Building Department. As with most construction projects, we found an unknown condition with the existing framing. John presented two scenarios which we discussed and were able to find a cost effective solution to the issue, As I said his quote was detailed and he told me at the onset that the only number he couldn't guarantee was the spray foam number as he based it off another job, and his sub hadn't priced it yet. Once the sub came out to look at it, the number was significantly higher than John had estimated, so he allowed me to find an altenate Sprayfoam sub on my own. I was able to find one in the original price range and we went with mine. John's guys were all hard working and repectful and we had no issues with their workmanship during the process. It is also worth noting that the Building inspector actually complimented him on the professionalism of his office staff. I would like to note: I gave a mark of good for price instead of excellent because he quoted what I think was the correct price to do the work, I would reserve the excellent tag for a price well below market rate.

It went very well. It took two days to complete. They were flexible due to weather. After the weather they were prompt. What I most liked about the company was the calibration in working with me on my needs. They were very patient. It went very smoothly. They are very professional. Any client working with them needs to be more proactive especially when it relates to fixtures. They were very careful with my house.

They were very professional. They were the suppliers and we had someone else do the installation. Dolan ended up coming and fixing issues we ran into, and stood behind their product.

From beginning to end Dolan’s staff worked to accommodate a difficult and changing schedule. Rich the tile installer was meticulous and worked extremely hard to work with the countertop installers.

I am so happy with the final product and could not be happier! I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone! The company was great to work with, from picking the tile to cleaning up after the project was completed. Everyone was always very professional and friendly to work with.
