They are a locally owned family business. They show up when they say they are going to show up. They are clean, neat and do a professional job. They are a pleasure to deal with and their quality is very good. Their pricing is very reasonable. We have recommended them to other people.

Within 2 weeks the work was done in a timely, organized way with plumber & electrician working around demolition, the tile work and the re-installation of bathroom fixtures, etc. As a general contractor and tiler, John Dolan was great. We are very pleased with the results.

We found the staff at John Dolan to be extremely helpful. The showroom had samples of everything, so we could see what would go together. We had started the renovation with a different contractor and originally went to John Dolan to view samples of floor tile. We picked a beautiful porcelain tile and liked John Dolan so much we decided to purchase the counter top through them as well. Lorraine was very helpful in picking colors and grouting, and it was an overall excellent experience.

They did a fantastic job. They did everything; the tile, the floors, the countertops, and they replaced the shower. They came in and let us pick out what we were going to use from the company of our choice. They called the plumber for us and brought him in. It was done within a week. I was very impressed. They were very professional and really great guys. I will use them again in the future if needed.

He was very nice and thorough, and wouldn't ask for any money until the job was complete. He's not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for, knowledgeable, and I knew how thorough he would be. I've used him before and will continue to so. He just does great work. He shows up when he says he will, and calls if there are any problems. He's not condescending or rushing, and works with you to get what you want.

Called company and a real person actually answered the phone! Carie in the office was helpful and scheduled an appointment promptly. John came out on schedule, assessed the job and give an estimate (which was the actual cost); he also explained what the job would entail. Carie then set up an appointment for the installation and it was completed ever earlier than promised. John is not only very professional, but also a very nice guy. He did a beautiful job on the floor, very fine workmanship and attention to detail. He and his assistants also were conscientious about cleaning up after themselves.

CAROLINE AND PAT WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SO PLEASANT IN HELPING ME SELECT THE CORRECT TILE FOR THE PORCH. THEY EVEN ORDERED ME 6 TILES FROM THE MANUFACTURER WHEN I HAD A CONCERN ABOUT THE PATTERN OF ONE PARTICULAR TILE - THAT WAY I COULD SEE A LARGER PATTERN. JOHN CAME OUT AND MEASURED - PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. JOHN DID THE WORK WITH AN ASSISTANT - GREAT JOB - LOOKS BEAUTIFUL! I WOULD HIRE AGAIN!

THEY WERE PROMPT IN GIVING ME A QUOTE, AND WHEN I FORGOT TO SEND THEM A DEPOSIT IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE THE JOB, THEY CALLED ME TO CHECK IF I'D LIKE THE WORK DONE AS THEY WERE ABLE TO DO IT THE NEXT DAY! EXCELLENT JOB, AND THEY ARRANGED A PLUMBER TO REINSTALL THE TOILET, EVEN PROVIDING ME WITH A NEW ONE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR GOOD SERVICE AND A BEAUTIFUL FLOOR.
