Romano They had installed a steel railing for the inside of my home downstairs he took measurements knew exactly what I was looking for, In less than one week he had it installed and I was very impressed with his performance. Extremely punctual, and very speedy fabrication and install. Would very much use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone. Work was done on time and exactly as described.

He kept promising to show up and made plenty of excuses why the rails were not ready. That is not professional. Some calls were not even returned. I had to call him for clarification. I had to get someone else to do it. My mother fell and hurt herself badly. Had the rails been up when he said they were going to be up she would not have fell.. Furthermore, he did not ask once if she was alright, but he asked multiple times to complete the job.

Absolutely thrilled with the work Jerry did. Quick to return phone call and come out for a quote. Price was very reasonable. Quality of work was superb. Would highly recommend.

Jerry called me and was able to schedule a visit and give a quote very quickly. He sent sample pictures of railings and after picking one and confirming with him, he placed the order without asking for payment or even a contract. Jerry just trusted that I would pay him and I just trusted that things would get done. After about 2 weeks, the railing arrived and he spent a few hours installing. The railing has made a huge difference, is aesthetically pleasing, and it is solidly installed. Jerry was very professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole project. The funny thing is, I never even got to meet him, since it was my wife who interacted with him the whole time. I would highly recommend G & S Iron Works.
