We did every thing by Email and text messaging. The installation went very smooth. The installers were prompt respectful, and rite on time. I would hire FM Generator if I had to. It was a pleaser to work with them.

FM Generator installed the whole house unit for much less than I thought it would be. They have been servicing it ever since. I am very pleased with the responsiveness of FM Genderator and the quality of their service. I live right on the ocean and the original generator died just before the warranty period. This is primarily due to the corrosive nature of the salt air. They reinstalled a new one quickly. I am very happy with their services, and have recommended them to others in my neighborhood.

Outstanding and hassle free from quote to completion. Their associates were on time and completed the installation in a shorter than expected time frame. Once they arrived at my home to start the process of adding the internal electrical panel and wiring, we felt very comfortable that each technician had facial masks and kept distance as a precaution. It was a great relief leaving the worry behind when their electrician completed the installation and tested the system. WOW, after they shut the power off,in the house, the generator kicked in after 35 seconds and powered all of our home. Each Saturday at Noon, the system automatically triggers the generator to start and perform a test and routine diagnosis of the unit and can add any needed updated from the cloud.. Originally, I had placed several calls to other local vendors and most did not even return my inquiry.. FM Generator promptly called me back to set up an appointment to discuss our energy needs for our home and sent me an estimate a few days later. Given this covid virus situation, I thought that I would never get a call back and a complete installation shortly there after. Julie, FM Generator's Installation Manager always returned my calls promptly and answered all my many questions. FM Generator is efficient and performs high quality work. Great customer service responsiveness. Despite the virus, they moved ahead quickly with the project. The only hold-ups were the inspections. System works great. Well worth the money.

An upcoming two-week trip to Europe, made it imperative that we complete the project before our departure just weeks away.. While other potential contractors said that there wasn't enough time to do the work, FM accepted the time challenge. With the personal intervention of CEO Julie Ward, FM provided the 12 kw Briggs and Stratton generator and oversaw the difficult plumbing and electrical components of the installation. FM not only met the time target, but also delivered quality work by experienced professionals. FM was prompt and professional during the quoting process. Their price was not the lowest, but it was very comparable to other suppliers. My decision to purchase from FM was based upon their warranty and service. They service all the units they sell with in house personnel, where other suppliers required secondary service firms. FM contracted the entire job including electrical work. There was a slight issue with the first electricians work but FM resolved quickly and efficiently. After the unit was installed and just prior to initial start up and test we lost power during a violent storm in our town. Julie Ward responded urgently, pulled a tech off of another job so he could come to our home and perform start up. Major kudos to her!!! Since then we have lost power at our home a number of times and the unit always functions perfectly as intended. I highly recommend FM for their professionalism, quality of products and uncompromising service. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect. The sales people I dealt with is they were easy to deal with and they were real good about it. FM Generator was very helpful with my electrician to install and they have fair prices. I like the fact that the generator that they sold me was good.
