+ -1 moreIt was $600 for the part and labor. I have used them several times. They are very honest and do work quickly. The price is comparable. We have checked with other condo owners and it does not seem to be different. They are very good at responding. They usually show up right when they say they will. Professional is very good. I would use them again.
Description of Work: We had them come out and check a unit. They just did some service. I had to have a part replaced in it.

+ -1 moreDuggan could not have been better. as i mentioned above we were not charged a penny for the initial estimate visit we requested nor the follow-up diagnostic visit. ask for Ken Goodwin who handles their residential A/C estimates. he was a wealth of knowledge, always on time, and invested in getting us the right fix for the problem. the entire experience was first class.
Description of Work: Our A/C unit on the 5th floor of our brownstone was not working all last summer. Duggan came in and did a thorough investigation of our problem. it turns out opur unit is way oversized, but the biggest problem was the lack of air flow due to way too little venting. they came out twice this spring to test all facets of the system and determined the best solution and possibly cheapest solution was to keep the oversized unit and add duct work. they do not install duct work. instead of selling us a smaller unit., that would still leave us with a total lack of air flow, they were honest and helpful and gave us the right recommendation even though it left them out of a project. best of all they did not charge us for either diagnostic visit.
