Clear Water Pump and Well Service, LLC

This is my second experience working with Clear Water and both times have been exceptional. We lost our well pump due to sand and sediment infiltrating the pump. The company was extremely responsive, came over the next day, gave us options and information to help us decide on how we wanted to proceed. They recommended we add a sand seperator to the new pump to prevent the majority of sediment from getting to the pump. Paul the owner was involved, Leisa from their office was fabulous and the crew did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for your well needs.

Well pump broke on a Sunday morning, call Clean Water and they had it fixed by noon. Spoke to both owners, Dave and Paul, they were both informative and helpful. Service guys Tim and Johnny were also excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

. I need to say how appreciative and grateful that I called and hired CWP. After a bungled job by a negligent pump company, I spoke with Dave and he was so helpful and professional. Walked me off the ledge, and was responsive, kind, utterly professional. The entire crew had my water running in no time. Spent the time explaining the pump curve and the complexities of doing the job property. I would give 10 stars if I could. The level of integrity and the available high end equipment to get the job done with care and precision is rare. I made the mistake of first hiring a local service; a guy with a box truck. Well, it was a nightmare. Thank goodness I called Clear Water Pump and they fixed what was damaged and finished the job the next morning. I was very impressed by Clear Water Pump and Well Service. We woke up to a non-operational sump pump on Sunday morning and I began looking for a company that could help us. Clear Water offered 24-hour service and I was able to schedule a visit by their technicians 8 AM Monday morning. By 10 AM that morning our water supply was back! The techs were really knowledgeable and had everything they needed with them. I was really impressed by the speed and professionalism of this company. Anders

We are a small community with 44 units. We have been dealing with well issues for over a year going through different companies until we called this company Clear Water pump & well company at 4:30am in the morning due to no water on our property. They had never heard or been on our property before this phone call. They responded that morning and got us up and running. Then from there they have worked with us to come up with a plan that would work for us. From Lisa in the front office to Paul the owner(who called me himself that morning) & Rick the master mind of figuring out issues no one else could to the whole staff. I recently moved to Braintree and was looking to put in a full house water filtration system. I used Angi to find companies and immediately got a phone call from the owner of the company on a Saturday. He was unbelievably helpful and the customer service from Leisa was above and beyond. I would highly recommend working with them.

Woke up at 5am no water call thinking I was to get a leave a message but to my surprise someone answered my call said someone would be there by 8am they showed replace pump could not ask for anything better great service Ty

I called to replace my well tank. From the initial call to Janet for a quote to the install by Rich and Tim, everything exceeded my expectations. The quote was received within a few hours, and they arrived as on time as promised. They left the site clean. I would absolutely recommend them.

This company was excellent to work with from beginning to end. My geothermal well pump that controls my HVAC was not working in the middle of August. I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend.

I requested to hire a company to install water filtration in my home, within minutes I received 2 phone calls, ironically from the same company. Clear water sent me all information regarding my request via email. Dave answered all my concerns and within 3 weeks I had my whole house water filtration/softner system up and running, and, at the best price hands down. Here it is 7 months later and I am so pleased with the quality of my water system! If you're considering this project look no further than ... Clear Water is THE solution!

Flying out that day for a week, the pump died at 4am, called their 24hr emergency service number, messaging service connected me with them directly (Sorry to wake you up!! Lol) - and they had a guys over within a few hours, with their professional rig, pulling up the well, doing all the pump work, and in well under 2 hours of getting there had us back to brand new... Running water. WOW. Not only that, but the cost was about the same as many many years ago when it had to be done.... VERY FAIR! I was surprised all around and very pleased to fly out with everything perfect. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!
