Clear Water Pump and Well Service, LLC

There was no option for an assessment in the list, but we really needed a lot of information about our well and pump set up and these guys know it all! When we had follow up questions we received a very quick reply and definitely very patient with us as new homeowners. We would definitely use their services in the future and can't say enough good things about this team. Felt like I could trust them with whatever project came up down the line. Would recommend.

This company was EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable. They were friendly and explained the process of what was needed. We were without water, we called them, they came the same day and had the problem diagnosed and fix within a hour. In this pandemic time we had others that were trying to price gauge, and when we questioned them about the pump they were extremely RUDE! We originally thought it was the pressure switch so when trying to get clairity from the previous company you would have thought we asked the guy to give us his first born child from the rudeness he displayed! His compnay then quoted us a ridiculous price! We've had a well pump replaced before in another house so we knew around avergage what the price should be. Clear Water prices were spot on and fair. They did not try to take advantage of the situation. The Charette brothers took the time to explain the problem while pointing it out to us for clairity. They were friendly and you could tell they knew what they were talking about. This company displayed integrity and kindness and it resonated with everyone I spoke to within their company. I absolutely love Michelle, both Davids and the whole crew! Especially the young man that installed my well pump! I would recommend this company over and over again to anyone and everyone!

This company went above and beyond to help us. They were extremely professional, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. I cannot tell you how happy he has made us. Do yourself a favor and have these people service you.

We have used Clear Water Pump and Well for our maintenance and repairs of our well. Additionally, they performed a water test for us to check for any impurities or bacteria in our water. They are efficient- They are helpful- They do a great job!!!!! Will continue to use this company and recommend to others without hesitation!!!

Super professional. Impressive equipment. My WELL WATER PUMP completely died on a Monday morning at 8am. They had me fully up and running with a new pump 100 feet deep, super clean job, water running beautifully... within 3 hours of time of death! (they were 2 towns over doing a job and came right over) Huge life-savers, great job. Wow.

They showed up on time, answered all my questions and did a great job. They did everything they told me they were going to do.

Service was great, came right out and had us back up with water by the end of the day. Price was a bit high, but we had no choice, it was a Sunday and we had no water. We could have saved a few hundred if we waited till Monday and used a local company that called us back after it was done.

I immediately felt confident these guys knew their business, based on the problem diagnosis and skillful answers to my questions. Work was finished promptly and neatly. Nice guys also.

They did not run the water out of the house to filter out the silt that is stirred up when the old pump is removed and the new one is put it. They had it run through the bathtub instead and I then had to hire a plumber to replace the screens on all of my faucets and the pumps that draw water into the toilet tank, because they were all clogged. They also did not shock the system, and I had issues with sulfur smells coming out of the pipes.
