We had no water coming out of the faucets etc in my home ,So I did some research and I found Clearwater pump and well, When I called they were very nice and helped me out with making a appointment ,I was very stressed out about the issue at hand but the nice lady that I spoke on the phone was so helpful to set up a appointment for the next day,When they came they found out what the problem was and fixed it and they also recommended me to replace the water tank as well and we did that too,I highly recommend Clear Water and Pump .

They responded quickly and helped over the phone to get us water back to the home. The repair men who came to the house were polite and professional.

Honest and reliable! Highly recommend. Best in area!!! Farm needed frost proof livestock waterers and deep well wasnâ t working when property was purchased. No more dragging water hoses 150â ! Horses are happy, donkeys are thrilled and wife is glad i called the right contractor for the job!

We hired them for an irrigation well and were very happy with the drilling company as well as their pump installers. I will definitely use them again.

Our well pump stopped working on a Friday afternoon and they came to fix it early Saturday morning. The were quick, courteous and cleaned up the job site. I would recommend to anyone who has a well issue.

Once the permit from the town was obtained, the work was quickly performed from drilling the well to backfilling the trench.

Everyone at this company are awesome to deal with and are very knowledgeable. The guys who did the work were respectful and knew their job.

Extremely Responsive, I called they tried initially to assist over the phone. Couldn't resolve the issue, we made an appointment for them to come out between 10-11 the following morning , Paul and Paul arrived at 10:05 AM as planned( they also called when the finished the job they were working on to keep us advised that they were on the way. Upon arrival they went right to work testing the water system then replaced the pump and also fixed the line that connects the well. First class service done by first class people. Note the office people were also helpful.

Great staff. Easy to contact abs very responsive. David explained what they would be testing and why and gave me options of different tests at different prices. Absolutely no pressure to do any of the tests. I would highly recommend this company for well water testing and problem water solutions.

I called them to look at a burnt out pump. Pump was out of the ground and diagnosed the next day. David emailed me a quote to replace my pump before he left the site. I received the approval for the project on a Wednesday and the work was completed the next day. Will call them for all my pump needs.

My well water pump failed to function on Motherâ s Day! I contacted Clearwater and they went to work immediately via text, asking me to send pictures of certain parts so they could understand and diagnose the problem. They offered to come out, but I declined because we could suffer another day without water and save a dollar or two. Next day they showed up 8am as agreed and replaced my well water pump in a professional manner, answering my pestering questions as they went along. This is a clean efficient and very fair operation that I very much endorse! It is good to have water again! Thank you Clear Water!

Prompt, quality service

The guys at CWP were awesome. Our well pump burned out Saturday night leaving us without water. We called Sunday morning and their crew was on site by within two hours. We had water back before lunch. Customer service, site work and follow-up were all 5 Star.

They call right away and were very nice over the phone. They had me check a few things out before to make sure it was what I needed before coming. They get back to you quickly so the problem can be fix. This is a company I would use again and recommend.
