They showed up when they said they would. They installed a new pump for my well the same day. The task was completed on time, with no incidents, and close to the estimate that they gave me.

Very professional and great people to work with. David and his team are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. They have gone above and beyond to make the well process fast and efficient. Strongly recommend theses guys if you are looking to be treated right.

They are extremely overpriced. Used their services and found equipment used was twice the normal cost and was never given a written or verbal quote before work was done. Work was done professionally but be aware of their billing practices.

We called when when our well stopped working during a terrible drought. We feared we would need a new well. Clear Water replaced one part at a time until they figured out we needed a new pump which was cheaper and easier than digging a new well. We were even speaking to David while he was on his vacation in Rome. Despite being very busy due to the drought, they extended their days to get to our house.

Thought I had a pump problem and they diagnosed it as a bad tank. Replaced the tank as scheduled and problem solved.

Contacted Clear Water Pump & Well Service. I received a call back immediately. The crew arrived in a few hours as I was told. Work & troubleshooting started immediately. The well water was up and flowing within 2 hours. A more powerful American made pump was installed and our water pressure is great. Great service. Professional. Highly recommended!

They cancelled their indoor golf game and drove an hour to my house to help me. Truly went out of their way on a Saturday to help me. They also installed the best pump on the market and told me that they don't put in low budget pumps. So if you want the best this is where to go.

Surpassed my hopes and expectations, in customer service, craftsmanship and...Patriotism. I am a combat-wounded veteran who has been taught even as a child that there is a right way and a wrong way to do everything. That being said I am an optimistic-realist who hopes for the best but quickly calculates a SWAG (Scientific Wild A$$ Guess) of the out come of every single situation. Today meritocracy is accepted and rewarded alongside perfection and customer service in most fields is in name only. These Gentlemen-Patriots went above and beyond to fix my well pump when it decided to fail in 11 degree weather with a negative windchill. They were quick to respond with a smile and quickly get to work all the while educating me on the situation so that I could make the best decisions going forward. So in the end I was stuck with a decent sized bill but that's what was expected because the emergency call, the pump was 250+ feet deep and it was cold as a witches tit outside AND the well pump they used was MADE IN THE USA. But I knew that with quality work, customer service and equipment I was going to pay for the product at a fair price which I gladly did. Thing is my well pump went because the pressure tank bladder failed (new/old house 101) and I was advised to replace it immediately so I wouldn't have a repeat of the situation. But as most new-old home owners know I couldn't afford to have them install it right away so I was going to have a buddy who is a plumber install it. Well that didn't sit well with the guys from Clear Water....they didn't want to see me waste money putting in a temporary fix just to get out of a bad situation. They seemed to want to ensure that the entire system would be installed correctly to ensure quality control. They like many Vets/Military know the saying Piss Poor Planning = Piss Poor Performance and didn't want to see me settle for less. They said "We want to do something for you. We want to take care of the pressure tank. You guys (meaning us vets and military) take care of us and we want to take care of you." So 7-days later, I have not only my well problems fixed and piece of mind about the issue...I have more faith in the American people and a reaffirmed faith in the American working man. All because of their professionalism, honesty and ability to solve my problems with efficiency and tact. The free well tank and install was icing on the cake and a thank you from the people us vets swore to protect. So do yourself a favor and get it done the right way and call Clear Water Pump & Well Service.

My well stopped at 8:00 pm. Paul and Dave were at my house at 8 am the next morning. VERY knowledgeable and found the issue in five minutes. They then told me all about my system and what I could do to improve the performance. They spent an hour with me. Total charge: $0! First class experience.
