My shallow well pump wasn’t building pressure, and the problem was diagnosed within the first five or 10 minutes. The workers didn’t have the correct size part on the truck. $380 and no repair. Sent me an estimate to finish the job, another $335 for a grand total of $715 to replace a $35 part. No thank you, I ordered the correct size foot valve from Home Depot and will finish the job myself. I love using local companies but the pricing for this job was outlandish. This is no reflection on the men who came out, they were great.

I was a long time customer of another well company and when I told them my pump was broken and had no water to my home they told me to change the filter and refused to come take a look at it. I was dumb founded and remembered seeing a Clear Water truck in my neighborhood several days prior. When I called them and explained my situation they simply could not have been kinder and more responsive. Leisa, who answered my call, immediately got in touch with the owner Paul. He clearly explained my options and even though they were busy, he had his men out to my home THE NEXT MORNING! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional - diagnosed my problem and had a new pump installed within a couple of hours. I am an owner of a small business and I pride myself on doing whatever I can to take care of my customers and I have to say that Clear Water Pump and Well are exactly that same type of company! I wish I had found this company years ago. If you don't call Clear Water Pump and Well Service to handle your needs then you are making a big mistake! They are simply the best hands down! We completely lost water pressure. Clear Water Pump & Well helped diagnose the issue late at night over the phone with a few simple tests, and was there first thing in the morning to replace our well pump. We had water back within just a few hours. Can't recommend them enough.

Late by 2 hours for my consultation and still charged me $155 to tell me they could install the system that I wanted. On the day of installation they informed me they could not install it the system because they didn't know they needed a 3-wire run to my pump. They brought an electrictian out to specifically wire this system but couldn't and still charged me $300 because "they needed to pay him". So, I ended up paying $5000 for a new pump and pressure vessel. That's $2000 in parts and $3000 in labor. Absolutely incredible.

I called this company twice to schedule an appointment to have my well-pump inspected/repaired and I never received a call back. I was put on the line with one technician to whom I explained the problem but never called back either. While I cannot comment on the quality of their job, I can say that they are definitely not responsive and therefore unprofessional.

I called Clear Water Well and Pump on Wednesday to ask if it would be possible to hook up my well to our sprinkler system (we don't use it for drinking water). I was transferred to another individual at the company and left him a voicemail message. I didn't receive a call back so I called him again on Thursday and this time he answered. He asked me to text him a picture of my pump. I sent him the text and he responded back once asking me a question about the pump. I immediately answered him...and now it's been 2 days (Saturday evening) and I haven't heard anything back. I would definitely not recommend this company. I feel like I wasted a few days waiting for them; if they couldn't handle a request like mine, then they should have just told me and I would have called a few other companies sooner.

Clear Water was very professional and responsive. I had been using another company in the area for my well service, but I will be using Clear Water exclusively going forward. Very knowledgeable and friendly people, and they came out on short notice on Saturday evening.

I have dealt with a few well companies in the past and Clear Water, by far is the most professional and customer service related company. They explained everything before doing it and I was very happy with the price.

They were very responsive, punctual and flexible. I had a set back with the permitting process and they were very understanding and flexible. I would certainly recommend them with very high marks.

David was over-the-top responsive and did a great job for us. I'd highly recommend him.

Early in the morning, my wife and I discovered water in our basement. We placed a call to Clearwater Systems immediately. Since it was still early in the morning we were directed to their answering service. Within minutes we received a call from David and within the hour both Richard and Paul arrived. As it turned out, the problem was NOT related to their equipment but they were very patient and took a considerable amount of time to detail what the problem was. Paul went so far as to offer a referral to a company that might be able to help. Their service and patience began right from the point of sale to servicing and maintenance afterwards, in correcting a chronic problem that "NO OTHER COMPANY" was able to resolve with our water. I would have no problem recommend them to others.

All 5 of the replacements went very smooth. Clear Water responded immediately for not only the service calls but had pricing for new pump systems within a few days of my request. The pumps were installed without any glitches and were done quicker than expected which limited the amount of time the owners were without water. One of the pumps had an electrical problem and Clear Water was on site every day until they identifed and repaired the problem. Clear Water is always available for consulation or general questions from not only myself but the Board of Trustees.
