Description of Work: Responsiveness was slow. Communications not always good. Job had some problems but they did come back and fix. We think we may still have some issues. Our painters had to repaint and plaster areas where leaks showed up after the job was completed. They got great reviews so we were surprised. They are a company that has grown too quickly and just can't keep up because they are so busy. I am not sure whether we would use them again. It will depend on how things are resolved in the future.

Description of Work: Jude showed up early and dressed very professionally. He had promotional materials that explained what and how his company does their work. I was very impressed. They have financing, a good guarantee and he knows the roofing business. I like the fact that at one time he did roofing himself so I felt I could ask him detailed questions about the project once it got started and he would know the answers because of his experience. He set up a follow up meeting with me to explain in detail the estimate so I don't know what it will be but I'm leaning towards hiring them to do the work if they're not outrageous in price. I also read all his reviews on Angie's list and what impressed me was in those few instances where a customer was unhappy the owner personally responded and tried to make things right. I think everyone can make mistakes but how they handle it afterwards is of utmost importance. Some companies don't even bother to respond. I believe they are a good company that tries to do the right thing and delivers a quality product. I will follow this up with another review if and when they end up replacing our 22 year old roof!

Description of Work: They did nothing. They responded to my calls, sent someone out, promised a proposal twice and never sent one, or followed up. They just disappeared without any explanation or follow-up.

Description of Work: Clean snow off my roof. I've used these guys for a new roof.. They were great. My only complaint is once the job is done it's hard to get a response from them.

Description of Work: I have used them repeatedly on rental property and at my residence for roof, window, deck and other repair work in the many thousands of dollars over the years. They are my go-to company for internal and external household repairs.

Description of Work: We contracted Capital Construction to stain our cedar fence. There were some minor hiccups during the job, but the team handled it very well and the finished product was excellent.

Description of Work: Capital Construction replaced a 3 family porch on the front of my mother in laws house during the summer of 2013 and they replaced all of the windows and repaired some trim in May of 2014. They also sanded and stained the back porch.||Dave, Jude and their construction guys were fantastic from the start. They gave an extremly competitive bid on the porch replacement to start. They were upfront with everything that needed to be done and they were willing to work around our schedule. My Mother in law is elderly and wanted one of us to be with her while the work was being done and Jude did everything in his power to work around my wife's schedule.||They completed the work on time and kept the work area very clean. I didn't get one complaint from any of the neighbors.||They did a fantastic job on the porch. Everything was up to code and the porch looked fantastic. Everyone including the neighbors were raving about how good everything looked. We liked their work so much we hired them to replace all of the windows and repair some rotted trim and paint the trim on all of the windows.||Again, they worked around my wife's schedule and the work was fantastic. We couldn't have been more happy.||Dave and especially Jude are the best. They understood our situation and worked with us even when we might have been a little difficult. I trust Capital Construction and will not be searching for any contractors in the future. All of our buisness will be going to them. Thanks Dave and Jude for everything you did for us!
