Dear customer, We’re very sorry you feel that we did not provide you with great customer service. However, at this time, our schedule is very full, which is what was communicated to you. Your call was regarding a repair project and at this time, our repair team already has projects lined up through the end of the year. Unfortunately, because we can’t guarantee our availability to take on repair work and complete the project in a timely manner due to our full schedule, we informed you that we cannot take on your project at the moment. We do not want to disappoint our customers or provide false promises, we try to make sure we are honest and upfront on every aspect of the project, from initial measure calls to the final walkthrough. We do appreciate every potential client that contacts Capital Construction and we strive to provide exceptional customer service to each and every one of them. We are sorry we couldn’t help at this time, but would be happy to include you on our wait-list and give you a call if we have any cancellations, per our policy.
