Description of Work: I solicited an estimate for a small roofing project and they responded in a couple of days that they were not able to take on another project at the time. I give them credit for responding in a professional manner, so I might consider them for future projects.

Description of Work: Came for an estimate, were professional and courteous, and presented us with a quote for replacing our EPDM flat roof and re-sizing and installing a new skylight (one that opens). We did not proceed further with them because of budgetary constraints, but they were in the top 3 choices for us. Might use them for other jobs in the future.

Description of Work: I spoke with a representative of this company for some repair work, having seen them in the neighborhood working for others. I was immensely by their knowledge and experience. While they were not the cheapest, they seemed the group to go with. Unfortunately, I went with another direction with the design and did not proceed with the project as anticipated, but had I continued, I would have gone with this group. I would use them in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a complete gutter cleaning and roof evaluation. All they did was clean my gutters and the work seems fine.

Description of Work: Jan 10, 2012 - UPDATE! Dave is awesome - I'm looking forward to including him in my list of favorite vendors for my charming, antique high maintenance house . Glad i started using Angies list! Brief history, I paid about $1,000 to another roofer 2 years and he did not get the leak and after coming back could not figure out why there was a leak. So I said ' thanks ' and just accepted that I chose a bad contractor once but will use a highly rated Angies list contractor and pay again, but get it done right because I felt that if the co is well rated by Angies I will have chosen the right contractor. .. and Dave's Capital Construction showed up on time, figured out that the leak could be from a few sources and got to work ... and got the leak repaired ! So I interviewed 3 or 4 from Angies last spring and chose Capital because of their Angies ratings and they really seemed to know exactly what the problem was.

Description of Work: We did not end up using this company. We have a large, contemporary house with many different sections of roof. We have a long history of persistent leaks. This company proposed re-roofing the entire roof, which did make sense. However, there was another company that had a different idea for each of the problem areas, taking into account the slope, direction the roof was facing etc. The whole roof will end up being done, but with special attention to problem areas. This solution is much more expensive, but we felt it was worth it to avoid another winter of buckets under leaks. I gave Capitol Construction an A for their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism even though we did not go with them. I thought their quote was reasonable.

Description of Work: David, Jude, and Aaron were all great guys. Very professional, prompt, reliable, and quality-minded. I definitely lucked out in finding them. Would highly recommend them and I plan to ask them to do future work on my condo.
