Arrived same day that I called to schedule repair on a gas oven. Repairman arrived at the beginning of the time frame I was given. He was friendly and demonstrated the problem to me. Work was completed promptly.

Once he saw the dishwasher, he wasn't sure if he could fix it. Even though it was a Kenmore, he said it was European and he wasn't qualified to work on it. He tried to diagnose the problem, gave me some ideas what the problem could be and advised I call Sears. Originally, he had told me that the service call would cost $89. In the end, I was surprised he didn't charge me for coming out to see me.

Was available for my only day off, so to make the service call convenient. He had to come back with the ordered part and did not charge for the second visit. Very honest, and very nice.

He was very good when he came out the first time to do a repair, but he did not come back out the second time, saying the repair was out of his knowledge.

He showed up on time, was friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He Replaced the Burner Coils and Drive Belt. He also suggested I replace the exhaust vent which is too narrow( I will do this work myself)

Chris was very responsive. He was able to stop by the day I called. He was very polite, explained the problem, and proceeded with the repair quickly. He was able to complete the job within 1 hour. I was very satisfied with the service.

I got them off of Angie's List. The guy was very responsive and came out right away. He had to order a part. He came back with the part when he said he would. I was pretty happy. His price was okay. They all mark things up pretty good.

Overall went very well. Mr. Beale returned my initial call promptly and set up an appointment within a few days. He was running a bit late on the day of the appointment, but called to let me know. He worked efficiently and completed the repair quickly.

Someone answered the phone right away, and set up a visit for the next morning (Saturday). The repair technician was friendly and professional, and gave helpful tips while repairing the dryer. He was clearly very experienced and knew exactly what needed to be done, even though we could not reproduce the squeak. I asked about the vent setup (metal foil) that a less experienced technician from another, larger company had insisted on replacing, and he said it was perfectly fine. Very positive experience, would definitely use this company again.

They fixed something and the next day it broke again, so they had to come back and replace the part. The second time they came they only charged me for the part and not the labor. They were responsive.

Service was scheduled quickly. Repair person was very professional and knowledgeable. He did excellent work and the problem is completely fixed. For the cost (we could have replaced it for $400), I am hoping we will get many more years out of our dryer.

This is the third time that I have had them. They answer the phone personally. When I called them this time, they were here within 4 hours. They said over the phone before they came about what their cost would be to make the trip. Before they began, they told me how much it was going to cost for them to do the work. They completed the work, and they were very friendly. Now, my refrigerator is working.

The washing machine was making funky noises and had flooded the basement. B&G showed up as scheduled, diagnosed the problem quickly, and made the repair.

Service was prompt and flexible in terms of setting up an appointment. The work was done well and quickly.

Excellent service - technician arrived when promised, diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.

I like this appliance repair center because they are affordable. They come when you call them. They are great diagnostically and they offer a pretty valuable service to this local community. I know I can count on them and I think they are a great place to call if you have an appliance emergency.

There still is a little water, but he has to come back because he is bringing a part for my dishwasher and I'm sure he will clear it up.

Return call was recieved shortly after my call requesting service. Repairman arrived within an hour and a half as promised, explained the problem, and repaired my washing machine by replacing a part. Very polite, friendly, and professional.

I called before lunch, and Chris was at my house by 3PM. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. WHEN I CALLED B&G FOR HELP I WAS TOLD HE WOULD COME BY AT 1:00 PM, AND HE SHOWED UP AT 12:55. THE SERVICE PERSON WAS EFFICIENT, INFORMATIVE, PROFESSIONAL, AND COURTEOUS. THE NEXT DAY, WHEN HE RETURNED WITH THE PART, HE CALLED FIRST TO SAY HE WOULD BE HERE BETWEEN 4:30 AND 5:00. HE ARRIVED AT 4:45. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND B&G TO OTHERS.
