Matt Hurly came out and was able to access the blocked drain pipe from the basement. He managed to clear the blockage, and the tub in now draining well. Thank you for the care taken to move items that might have gotten wet/dirty and for putting everything back. I really appreciated that attention to detail!

The Drain Guy team called back within 10 to 20 minutes, and scheduled the clean-out for the same day -- in the early afternoon. They showed up almost exactly on time, were friendly and professional, and did a great job. They appreciated the clean-out port that Bolivar installed, to make the job easier. The job was done in ~30 minutes, and everything was cleaned up when he left. Quick response, on time, great service and a good price -- what more could you ask for?

Matt was fantastic! Our toilet was clogged on a Saturday - we spent all evening with a plunger and a snake to try and fix it ourselves. After admitting defeat, we called Matt (at around 8:30 p.m.). We reached his answering service and left a message and he called us back in about 2 minutes and then was at our house an hour later (no kidding - it was amazing). He was very personable, professional, and charged a very reasonable fee. He definitely saved our weekend, as we had out-of-town guests arriving and being down one bathroom would have been a bummer. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors and will use him again in the future if the need arises.

I called the Drain Guy for a slow drain I had in the laundry room sink and clogged up bathtub in the basement seems that the draining pipes were connected and was causing a blockage. He was very punctual and friendly when he came out and quickly accessed the problem. He was able to unclogged the drain and solved my draining issues with the sink and bathtub in no time. He was very clean and tried not to leave a mess behind for me. Thank you Matt!

Matt ran a snake several times from drain plug to tank, with large & small cutters. We filled & emptied washing machine to test it. He cleaned up everything, but didn't make much mess to be cleaned. Promptly arrived on a Sunday night - pleasant as can be - he explained a lot. Apparently he does a lot of work in Metro West . . Wayland, Ashland, etc. He was all I could have hoped for, and more.

I called on Saturday night about a clogged shower drain - Matt called me right back and scheduled an appointment the following morning. He was very professional, even wearing booties to protect the floors, and got the job done quickly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend The Drain Guy and would call again!

It sounds silly, but this was an amazing experience. I saw the main drain clogged up in the evening, and finally got around to calling at about 9:10. I tried calling the Drain Guy because of the good review and the fact that he was pretty close by to my house. I left a message at 9:10, got a call back at 9:15, and before 10 Matt comes in my door, hands me his card and introduces himself. He got to work promptly and cleared the main drain. He showed me what the problem was (built up grease in the main drain trap) and suggested cleaning it out myself every so often. I then asked him if he had time to do another drain, and he went right to work on a backed up bathroom sink drain. It took 4 iterations with the snake to pull out all of the mop pieces which were clogging the drain way past the sink trap, but he kept at it till it worked And afterwards he cleaned up the entire area! I was amazed that about 2 hours after I called in the evening everything was fixed and cleaned up. I paid him right there with a credit card. With the charge being so reasonable and the service so excellent, I even added an extra tip. Anyone in the area with a drain problem should give Matt a call!

The Drain Guy (Matt) was very professional: he arrived when he said he would, introduced himself and got right to it. He unclogged our sewer line (one internal and one external clog) and made some suggestions to help prevent the same problem in the future. Matt was very personable and professional. He cleaned up, too! I will be recommending him to all my friends and I will be suing him again.

Matt responded quickly to my call the night before Thanksgiving and arrived on time. He handed me his business card and introduced himself before entering. Matt came in, assessed the situation and explained everything. He unclogged the sink quick and showed where we might have difficulties in the future. He was very professional, friendly, and was very reasonably priced.

Matt arrived on time, got to work quickly, fixed the clogged drain (and showed me what was clogging it!), cleaned the tub when he was done, and gave me a generous discount because I'd been referred by another plumber.

8pm on a Sunday evening, discovered gray water coming up through the downstairs shower drain. Blocked main line. I called Matt at the Drain Guy. He answered his cell phone and promised to be at my house in Wayland by 9:30. He was on the North Shore. He arrived at 9:30, on the dot, set up his snaking equipment and quickly and cleanly took care of the blockage. We were back in business by 9:45. Matt was professional, courteous and has state-of the art equipment. I would recommend his service highly. His prices are fair. I was over a barrel (sunday night) and he did not charge a premium or overtime.
