+ -1 moreThis time we purchased a Bosch dishwasher. The price was competitive and the saleslady was helpful once she was convinced we were actually going to buy one. Our installation was scheduled for a busy Saturday and we called in the morning to find out when the installer was coming, so we could get on with our day. At our first call, they told us 11 AM. At 11AM we were told 2PM. At 2PM we were told 4 PM. At 4 PM we were told 6PM. Each time we were told that they had checked with the installer and that he was "running late." When the installer finally got there, he showed us his install list which had always had us scheduled for the end of the day. NO ONE had ever called him. At the times we were given were pure baloney! We had wasted an entire day. Their installer, who is not their employee, is pretty good. Over 20+ years, we have probably purchased 7-8 appliances from Sozio's. Never again!
Description of Work: We have been buying appliances from Sozio's for over 20 years at several different homes we've lived in. They have never been great... at best adequate. Their sales people in Cambridge have generally been disinterested, but competent. Their pricing is generally close to their competitors if you push them. The reason we won't be using them again is the way they do their delivery and installation. Over the years we've had to correct mess-ups such as washing machine hoses installed backwards and refrigerators installed out of level. These were minor and their competition was generally so bad, we stuck with the convenience of Sozio in Cambridge.
