Description of Work: Scheduling with this vendor is a nightmare. First, phone attempts to reach him would lead to a phone with extreme line noise, and then a VM system unable to take calls. After multiple emails and setting up a tentative time, messaged me that the deal was cancelled as we had inquired about rescheduling. I only inquired. This is the worst. Long story short, he emailed us some unfriendly messages, throwing in lots of disclaimers, basically saying he cannot guarantee a time or any of his work. This was a sign of things to come, hence I am getting a refund on this deal. This service is in way over their head and the reviews need to updated or reflect the service of those people that don't leave public feedback. All in all, I would flunk this service. D-

Thank you for your review albeit I’m not sure what you are referring too. I understand you purchased this deal for your Son and perhaps you are not getting the full story from a far as I was dealing with him directly for scheduling purposes. We did in fact have many email correspondences to arrange the cleaning only to have it cancelled the night before after hours. As for time, yes, I did explain in our initial correspondences that we couldn’t guarantee an exact time unless it was first thing in the morning especially given the terrible roads, traffic, horrible parking, etc. that are outside of our control that affect timing, but that we typically arrive within 30 minutes of the estimated time. I also offer to text/email/call ahead of time to help out. We do in fact guarantee our cleaning. In any event, if anyone has any questions regarding this review please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’d be more than happy to answer any/all questions and concerns. Thank you!

We had a team of three at your home for more than an hour or almost 4-labor hours total and only left after we completed the work you requested and to your satisfaction. This is a first for me hearing such a response as we’ve never stayed under the limit unless everything was completed to the customer’s satisfaction. If anything we air on the side of being liberal with our time. I’m sorry you felt it as if we cheated you time and I wish you would have contacted me directly to address this issue or any issue you may have experienced. I was under the impression based upon your communication that everything was completed accordingly. Description of Work: We had their team over for a full house cleaning on April 3rd. They arrived 30 min before schedule, what was a surprise. 2 very polite ladies that were very careful with our furniture and utensils. They cleaned 3 bedrooms, dinner and living room, as well as our kitchen. They also vacuumed our front and back entrances, since we live on the second floor. We will hire them again for sure. A plus was the fact that Brian took some time to come to our house and understand what we wanted and what his team needed to do. We were very pleased.
