The painting was done very well. Communication (about timelines especially) was a little lacking, but the actual work was good.

Roni Oliveira's Painting Company is a pleasure to work with. Scheduling an estimate and later the job was facilitated by a responsive office staff and use of email. The work went very smoothly with Roni being on site most of the time and reviewing the work as it progressed. This involved extensive scraping and sanding of wooden trim and fireplace mantels in a Victorian house. They did a very neat and professional job; clean-up everyday was thorough. We had no complaints and will use them again soon. After the job was finished, and we were hanging pictures, we scraped some paint off the wall; when I called, Roni came to take a look and do the touch up the next day.

He was prompt and efficient and a good price.

We hired Oliveira Painting, even though we got a lower bid from another painter, because Oliveira had done such a nice job on the 3-decker next door a couple of years ago and the job still looked perfect. The owner, Ronnie, was very responsive, came when he said he would, started the job on schedule, finished on schedule, addressed all of our concerns as they came up, and did the job for the exact price that we agreed to in his estimate. The crew was respectful, careful, and the crew manager communicated really well about everything, especially the crew captain, Francisco. They did a walk around at job's end and did the few touch-ups that were necessary. They did an excellent job and offered, in addition, a 2-year touch up warranty. They also linked us with a very good carpenter to do carpentry work that was necessary. I contacted Oliveira Painting to power wash my house and they did an EXCELLENT job. They were timely, responsive and thorough. What an improvement! I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We were overall very satisfied with Oliveira's painting work. Rafael came back himself to fix some details after the work was finished. The painters were punctual and customer friendly and oriented.

Mr. Oliviera was fantastic! When we first met, he was very attentive and taking notes as to what the job may require. His appointment for an estimate was followed by another estimate of a company who did not take notes or appeared to even care. That company gave a low ball bid, that did not even tempt us due to their behavior. Mr. Oliviera's professionalism is what impressed us the most. He came on time and did not leave until the job was done to his approval level. The interior needed patching to horsehair walls. When I looked at them afterwards, you could not see where the repair was done! As we went along with the project, we added more jobs. He did not complain or charge unreasonable amounts. He would also tell us if he felt it was unnecessary. He is an honest man who is conscientious and takes pride in his work. These are rare qualities which we very much appreciated. Overall, a great experience. If we need any painting done, he is the person we will go to or recommend.

Amazing quality work,respectful and courteous, clean and neat, very friendly workers, reasonable prices. Would recommend without reservation. You simply can?t do any better. We?re in the process of doing a lot of work inside our house, and we were lucky to get Oliveira Painting name from another contractor we were using. Left a message, he called right back and set up an appointment to view the job. He sent the quote the next day and started within 2 weeks. It was a pleasure to work with a company that does what it says and when it says it will. BTW I have never written a review before but I was so pleased with the results that I thought this company deserved it.

We chose Oliviera Painting because of their A rating on Angie's List. Ronnie the owner met me at the property and listened patiently to everything that we wanted done. He took extensive notes and was prompt, courteous, and professional. He really listened and provided very detailed information regarding everything they would do and when. The estimate came promptly and was very impressive - very professional, detailed and accurate as to what we discussed. They had some delays due to bad weather but when they came, the entire crew was very hard working, friendly, professional and respectful. They also listened to any concerns, and re-did some things we had concerns about. We were VERY picky because the house was in really bad shape and it is on the register of historic places so we wanted it to be perfect. They left the place immaculate every day even locking up their ladders with chains and locks at night and hiding them out of plain sight for safety. They were absolutely wonderful in every regard and I can't praise them highly enough. Ronnie was incredibly patient and obviously cares deeply about the quality of the work he and his crew do. The work was impeccable and I would absolutely hire them again for interior or exterior painting. One of the bonuses was that we also needed some serious carpentry repair to the exterior of the house and he recommended his brother's carpentry company, who were excellent also. I felt really good knowing that this was all a family operation; they both take great pride in their work and it shows. The job was very reasonably priced, far below our other estimates.

They did an excellent job and was very happy with their work. The work was completed in 2008 and still looks great (no pealing at all).

Did not hire. Price on average was over $ 6000.00 over 3 other companies I received quotes from.

Rafael Oliveira arrived at my residence at the appointed time. He, and a helper, started to clean and power wash my aluminum fence. The non-stop job was completed in 2 and 1/2 hours. The price quoted me earlier was right on. I was very satisfied with their work, and will not hesitate to call on them again. They had a pleasant demeanor, and very easy going.

Asked them for estimate. Showed up as scheduled, told me I would get an estimate, but never heard from him again. Would have been nice to let me know that he was not interested in stead of making me wait for an estimate.

I rang Oliveira Painting in late February 2013 to ask for a quote on painting the exterior trim of my house. Ronilton Oliveira (owner) arrived the next day (on time) and walked around the outside of the house taking notes on the work that I wanted undertaken. The following day Ronilton provided me with a very professional (written) quote detailing all the work that was to be performed. Once the weather improved, Oliveira began and completed all of the work consistent with the estimate. While the team was led by Hector, Ronilton came round each morning to make sure the work was progressing to plan and being undertaken to my satisfaction. I have nothing but wholehearted praise for the professionalism and courtesy of Ronilton and his team (particularly Hector), and for the work that was performed. Not only was the painting of the highest quality, the crew made very little mess, respected my plants and landscaping, and tidied up at the close of each day?s work. Oliveira?s confidence is illustrated by the two-year guarantee of the work they performed and I have no reservations in highly recommending the company.

The job went beautifully overall. The paint job is fantatsic. The shelves look great and the house was clean when they were done. I'd like to add that I felt entirely comfortable with the crew in my house and that my 2 kids felt the same. The crew was both professional and very nice to be around.

A perfect experience! Ronilton responded to my request for an estimate the same day that I emailed, and came to give me an estimate that same week. I then spent several weeks shopping around, because I feel it's important to make an informed decision about such things, and ultimately decided to go with Oliveira Painting because they offered the best combination of price and professionalism (there was at least one other company that offered the same price, but Ronilton was more prompt, friendly and professional in all of our interactions). We scheduled a mutually-agreeable date and the team of 3 showed up exactly on time. They completed the job in 1 day and left my apartment exactly as clean and organized as they found it. The paint job itself is beautiful -- there were several large holes before, all of which were filled and painted over flawlessly. I am 100% pleased with the outcome and recommend Oliveira Painting to anyone who may be looking.

Very fast, efficient, friendly, and incredibly easy to deal with. Mr. Olievera was there early for every appointment.Came prepared, returned a quote within 24 hours. The quote was inline with expectations. He had great references from a wide range of clients. His first language is Portugese and is not entirely fluent in English. However, when he initiated a phone call he always had an interpreter at hand. We were really impressed by his forethought. The work was done quickly, cleanup was excellent. Our one disappointment was that he did not accept credit card payment.

They were prompt with their quote and did the work within the requested time frame. They are very neat, responisble and professional and I would definitely hire them again!

Ronilton came twice to provide estimates as the scope of our project changed, which I felt was above and beyond. They were also able to fit us into their schedule very quickly, and to add an unexpected item to the work list, despite a very busy summer for them, so I greatly appreciated that.Ronilton's son Rafael oversaw the work, and had a crew of 2 or so that were clearly used to working together. They arrived around 10AM, which was not entirely convenient as I had to switch around some work meetings in order to be home, but at the same time I did not voice any issue with it and they may have had more flexibility there. They completed the work one day faster than anticipated which was nice.The various estimate quotes I received were all very similar, and I decided to go with Oliveira because they were so nice and accommodating, despite the fact that the proposal was not quite as detailed as some of the others. As a result the scope of the work was less defined and my expectations were not entirely managed, which is probably more a communication issue than a work quality issue. They did a very good job with the scraping and painting, which is impeccable. We had discussed sanding down the deck boards but I had expressed some concern with air particles as I am pregnant. As a result you can see the relief of some of the old paint on the floor (where it could not be scraped off) and it's not quite as pretty as it could be. I wish that outcome had come up during our preliminary discussion as it might have changed my feelings about sanding. Similarly, I was expecting them to strip all four sides of our dining room chair-rail area, but they only stripped the side that needed it the most; and my expectations about fixing the roof corners included replacing the rotten wood and broken flashing, but instead the flashing was nailed back and they applied caulk to seal the cracks and fill any gaps to prevent further rotting of the wood beneath. I think they are a terrific outfit so long as you are very clear about the work being done.

We hired Oliveira painting again because they did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our home last year. We used a number of colors to paint the outside of our building, so there was a fair amount of detail work. It was painted with alot of care and it still looks great one year later. For both the exterior and the interior, Ronilton Oliveira and his crew were responsive, neat and professional. Ronilton is very pleasant to deal with, and he aims to please. If there is something that you don't like, he will re-do it until you are happy.

Ron and his crew did a tremendous job. We got a quote in April, and just meeting with Ronilton impressed me. He measured the moisture content of the shingles to assess whether they were in good enough shape to paint and explained the process to me. It took us until the end of June to get back to them, but they were super responsive once we made the decision. Once these guys start, be ready with colors because they work incredibly fast -- 2 weeks from start to finish. We hadn't chosen our colors when they started and it felt like we were always just one step ahead of the work, which was a little stressful (and no fault of Oliveira), but because we had to work out the colors between the two owners, so it took us a little longer. Other than that, the process went incredibly smoothly. The workers were very professional and friendly. They even cleared a huge pile of leaves at the side of the house so they could put up their scaffolding. They worked quickly and efficiently and the workmanship was top-notch. Ron wasn't on site everyday, but he had a very able foreman who ran the show. Ron would come by every few days to check in and make sure the work was meeting his high standards. He also recommended a terrific carpenter, Wagner Braga, who replaced our railings on the front porch and did a bunch of other carpentry work. At the end, Ron came by to do a final inspection and had his guys come back to fix a few minor things that I didn't even notice, like a small drop of trim color on the side of the house. Oliveira provides excellent craftmanship and is easy to work with; we would definitely use them again.

it went very well. They showed up on time. They were very professional. They spent 4 hours doing what we think is a very difficult house to pressure wash since the sits on a small hill and the front and left side of the house are quite high.

After contacting Oliveira through Angie's List, they made an on-site visit to review work to be performed and checked for adequate water supply. I asked for separate pricing for pressure washing, as well as staining the fence. Both were supplied in a timely manner. An appointment was set up within a few weeks. They arrived later than scheduled but phoned me numerous times to keep me updated on their arrival. Both contractors were friendly and professional and helped move furniture, etc., around on the deck during washing that could not be moved off-site. They did a very thorough job of removing dirt and grime, and mold on the deck as well as on the fence. It was a fairly large job which they accomplished in about two hours. We reviewed the results together and they then removed all equipment from the premises. I was very pleased with the results and have engaged Oliveira to return in a few weeks to stain the fence. I also plan to hire them to do some interior painting. Thumbs up on a good job!
