+ 1 moreThey were excellent. No water leaks so far! They even repaired a stone on top of a stone wall that they had built and the cap on a hand rail that they had installed at no cost.
Description of Work: Silvio and John were hired to repair a leak in the basement of our home that occurred through the >100 year old stone foundation with the heavy rains that we had in March. An old PVC pipe was replaced that ran under gravel along the length of the house. They had to excavate a 8 foot portion of the foundation and then poured a hydraulic cement slab to cover the old fieldstone foundation. They applied waterproof and then insulation. They poured 1 foot of gravel in the bottom of the pit; then about 5 feet of dirt and gravel on top. They replaced the old PVC drainpipe and increased the angle for better drainage.

+ 1 moreThe workers were excellent and attentive to any concerns that I brought up. They were willing to make changes to make me happy and had great attention to detail. They were very communicative and came back on nights and weekends to discuss any concerns that I might have had.
Description of Work: They worked on the yard that is 15 by 40 and put pavers down, they did edging and patio work. They redid the front walk as well. They put in three small stone walls around the front. And they found and fixed a leak in one of my down spouts.
