JBS HOME INSPECTIONS

Description of Work: JBS did an excellent job of inspecting my commercial office condominium. Alex Steinberg was prompt, clear, and focused on my needs as the customer. He was not distracted with the seller who was present at the site during the inspection. His feedback on the overall building's quality/concerns as well as concerns that arose within my specific condominium unit allowed me to address and negotiate critical structural issues with the sellers. His feedback allowed me to save approximately $5000.00 related to the purchase of the overall condominium. He explained all of the details of his inspection with me, took detailed photos of all of his concerns, placed this information into a PDF report that was thorough and well organized. I would highly recommend him and JBS in the future and will use him myself.

Description of Work: The experience was very thorough and enjoyable, though pricier than others, but I'm pretty confident it was worth it. This is my first inspection, and it was definitely more in-depth than I imagined it would've been. I have yet to move into the house to ascertain if anythings were missed, but I highly doubt it. Will use again when the time comes!

We are very happy with his service. |He did every detail of the house, entered in crawling spaces and attic to make sure that everything was ok and covered for his inspection. He stayed 4.5 hours in the house and after he left, in a couple of hours we had our report of 94 pages in our email. We definitely recommend him!

Description of Work: Alex is a true professional. Not only did he thoroughly inspect our new home, but he took the time to explain how many of the systems work as well as things to look for. He crawled into spaces that few would venture into in order to perform his inspection. I would highly recommend Alex for any home inspection.

Description of Work: I dealt with Tracey Litt. She was very responsive - called me back within 10 minutes to schedule and again on a Friday night to confirm. She was thorough in the inspection, explained things very carefully to us. They do the inspections in the AM and write the report immediately that day - I found that a useful practice since the deadline for dealing with inspection issues for us was the day after the inspection. The price seemed similar to other inspectors - not high, not low. But I have had other inspections, and I do think they deliver a lot for the price.
