Both mark and the plumber were very professional and responsive. I was impressed with their professionalism.

Mark was very responsive and professional. He came to do the estimate right when he said he would (he was even a few minutes early.) The only reason I didn't use him was that someone else came in with a substantially lower estimate. However, Mark's estimate was substantially lower than another estimate I'd gotten before his.

Very timely in returning calls and in arriving when promised. Offered helpful advice on ongoing maintenance. Very personable.

Mark is very easy to work with. His work is high quality, and he is very responsive and fair. He can do almost anything! He'll be fixing our sagging outdoor fence when the weather clears.

MARK (OWNER) IS VERY RESPONSIVE AS THE BUSINESS OWNER/OPERATOR...HE USUALLY ALWAYS PICKS UP THE PHONE (CELL) AND RETURNS CALLS/EMAIL PROMPTLY. I CALLED HIM A LOT AND HE NEVER RUSHED ME OFF THE PHONE OR MADE ME FEEL STUPID FOR ASKING QUESTIONS OVER...AND OVER AGAIN. HE AND HIS TEAM OF WORKERS WERE ALWAYS KIND AND COURTEOUS, AND I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM IN MY HOME WHEN I WAS AWAY AT WORK. THEY LEFT THE ROOMS CLEAN AFTER EVERY DAYS WORK, WHICH WAS MUCH APPRECIATED, SINCE MY FAMILY AND I HAD TO LIVE IN THE HOUSE WHILE THE WORK WAS BEING DONE. MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE COVERED THE BILL, BUT IT HAS TAKEN A LONG TIME TO GET THE ACTUAL CHECK FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY...WHICH MEANT MARK AND HIS CREW WERE VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING, EVEN WHEN I COULDN'T FULLY PAY THEM UNTIL A FEW WEEKS AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE. THE WORK ITSELF WAS DONE WELL; THE QUALITY IS EXCEPTIONAL. I WILL CERTAINLY USE HI-TECH IN THE FUTURE.
