Heidi Pribell Interiors

We interviewed several interior decorators and found Heidi to be responsive and willing to work with us. We had a limited timeframe in which the project could be completed, which we communicated to Heidi, so efficiency was paramount. After a couple of meetings this quickly changed. We found meetings to be unproductive, she canceled several meetings at the last minute and gave unacceptable excuses and most frustratingly, the design recommendations she provided ran counter to our stated goals and style. After several weeks of frustration we decided to terminate our engagement with Heidi. Even though she did not bill enough time to cover our initial deposit, and our contract with her provided that she would return any unused balance on the deposit, she refused to return it or apply it to inventory items. We found Heidi Pribell to be unfocussed, flaky, out of tune with clients' design wishes, and worst of all, incredibly unprofessional, unfair and deceptive. We would never recommend working with her on any project.
