+ -1 moreMr. Gronwald was timely and diligent in following up on our call for an estimate, and he provided the estimate within a day or two, once he was able to come by and see what we needed removed. When we agreed on an amount, he was back within a day to pick everything up, with the exception of an item he questioned. He called back the same day to make sure that was what we wanted, and then returned again to pick up the last piece. Great work!
Description of Work: Mr. Gronwald returned our call promptly, provided an estimate within a day or two, and came back the next day to pick up the wood, old furniture, and building materials we no longer needed.

+ -1 moreGENE IS UTTERLY PLEASANT, TRUSTWORTHY, AND HONORABLE, CHARACTERISTICS THAT YOU DON'T OFTEN FIND IN SERVICES. HE CAREFULLY BAGGED ITEMS THAT WOULD HAVE RESULTED IN AN ADDITIONAL TRUCK LOAD AND CONSEQUENTLY HIGHER COST TO ME. I CAN HAVE THESE BAGS REMOVED IN MY REGULAR GARBAGE REMOVAL.
Description of Work: GENE DISMANTLED AND REMOVED A SOFA BED. REMOVED A RECLINER. REMOVED FROM CELLAR A LARGE AMOUNT OF ACCUMULATED STUFF (E.G., BROKEN TOOLS, OLD TOYS, OLD LAWN FURNITURE, WINDOWS, BOXES, OLD FURNITURE).
