I was referred to this company by someone doing work on my bathroom. I went and picked out a piece of granite as well as a bowl. We had to wait for my vanity to be installed before they could come and template. When the vanity was installed we set up an appointment to have them come out. The owner came to my house two hours late with a measuring tape only to template (this should have been my first clue). We called to confirm installation and were told the owner was on vacation and they knew nothing about the top. They eventually figured it out and came to install. The vanity top was the wrong one and after they installed it there was an appx. 1.5inch gap from the back of the wall to the vanity top. There was no backsplash, which there should have been. They immediately took it out and phone calls went back and forth. They sold the orginal granite that I had bought, so they had to order another piece. When I went to verify the piece, they were still trying to tell me it was not that one. Thank god I had a picture. They came out to re-template, which was far different than the first time, they left with a cardboard replica of my top. When they came to install the new piece, they were late again and there was no backsplash. Eventually the guy who orginally referred me ended up becoming the middle man and in the end it finally got done.

He won't return my phone calls. He simply peiced the counter together. You can see all the veins in the granite and now it is all discoloured. The back splash is also peiced together. There are big seems where grout is coming out of and a peice missing. The granite he installed is not shiney or smooth. It has huge cracks, the counter top is not what I wanted or ordered. They also scratched my refrigerator during the installation. They used white grout to join the granite and not clear silicone. This is all flakeing off.
