Though the company was mainly listed as a - Roofing & Construction Company, in the biography of the company, was also listing was interior & exterior painting. I called the #, I received an answer later that afternoon. He agreed to look at the project & the job was done fantastically quick, very professional, our League couldn't have been more pleased. As to the reason I check - N/A on the price? The painters after learning about the coach who was going to do the painting & his situation - Offered the same - they donated their time to complete the project. Highly recommended.

I had previously had a positive experience with Dias construction on re-roofing the main part of my roof a couple of years ago, however there was one lower section of the roof that we decided to hold off on replacing. When the old section started leaking (2 years after my first experience with Dias construction) I called Dias again to re-roof this portion of the house. We set up a day for mike to come by - he said he was traveling up from Florida the night before, so he would call around noon to establish a time to come by in the afternoon for an estimate. He never called or showed, and never returned any of my several calls. After a week I decided to call other roofers for estimates. At that point I called him again, leaving another message. This time he called me back and explained that he had been really tired from traveling up from Florida the night before our meeting and he was sorry he didn't make it. I told him that I understand things come up and plans change but I expect at least a phone call to let me know - I had stayed home all day for that estimate. I said that I was planning on giving him the job without even interviewing other roofers based on my previous experience with him, and I would still consider hiring him, but there were others, by now, I was looking at too. He said he understood would come by later that week since I had to work and he knew the house and could take a look from the yard. I never heard back from him. I did call a few times to see if he had come by and I had just not been aware, but I still never got a call back on any of the several calls I placed later. He does good work when he shows up, but if you cant get him to show up, what is the point?

He was extremely responsive to my calls and inquires and very professional in our dealings. We will consider him highly for future use.

I had a couple of leaky spots on my roof. After talking to a couple of neighbors I found out about Dias Construction. I set-up an appointment with Mike, he showed up right on time and worked the job out to be as cost effective as possible. While he did recommend that I redo the whole roof he assured me that I could fix a few trouble spots and that the roof would last another 10 years. I was very impressed with the organization of the job. He has his crew in and out in less than 8 hours the had the materials ready at 7am the day they started the project and after a few ladder went up and down he ask me to watch the roof as he sprayed it with a hose to prove that all the leaks had been fixed. The roof looks great! Mike also showed me how I could fix the drywall parts that had been water damaged. He said that doing that myself would save me about $400.00. I've got the new pieces of sheetrock installed and I just taped the seems on the pieces. Looks good so far. I'm looking forward to the next rain storm to sit on my porch and not have water drip all over me. A+ Rec on Dias Construction.
