Just contact us within 24 hours and we'll return as soon as possible to make things right. Too often, cleaners arrive late without any explanation or simply don't show up. We'll be there as promised. And if life (or traffic) happens, we'll call or text you immediately to let you know about substitute cleaners or late arrivals. We clean efficiently, thoroughly and carefully. We note and take special precautions around electronics and other valuables. If we have to move items to clean more effectively, we place them back where they belong. The only surprise we want you to have when you get home is a super pleasant one.

It has gone very well. Hands down, Carrie is the best cleaning person/service I've worked with. She arrives on time and is meticulous and careful going about her business. My biggest pet peeve with previous cleaners was coming home and finding so many things out of place, plugs left unplugged and things broken every now and then. It's been a few months now with Carrie/Deluxe Home Cleaning and I've had no incidents or complaints personally or from my tenants. Effortless and pleasant communication is also a huge plus. I highly recommend!
Description of Work: On a monthly basis, provider cleans my 3-unit apartment building including all apartment interiors (kitchens, bathrooms, etc.), common spaces and hallways, and the immediate exterior of the house (front and back porches/decks).
