We were in and out of our house during the renovation and they made every effort to keep it livable for us while the work was done. He and his team were all extremely nice and personable and helped us through this giant project when we didn't really know how to approach it. The end result is fantastic and he stuck to the budget we laid out in the beginning.
Description of Work: We needed a full kitchen and bathroom demolition and remodel, and the addition of a half bathroom.

 + 1 moreTheir price was spectacular, as was the final result. They went above and beyond for us, including doing extra work at no additional charge from the original estimate, as well as removing old wood from our garage (which we chose to do ourselves). This was all done during the week of 90+ degree weather without complaint.
Description of Work: Tom and Eric redid our front porch -- replacing old, rotting wood on the eves, sanding and restaining the porch ceiling, re-securing the porch rails and sanding/repainting everything.
