They responded to my request for a bid quickly, provided a copy of their appraisal license, and set up an appointment at my convenience. They gave me an estimated time of arrival, called when they were almost at my house, and checked both the inside and outside of the house as well as the property. Within a week they sent me a 17 page comprehensive document that included not only the information they gathered while here, but research on houses in the area, flood plane information, and information about the neighborhood and the town. I enjoyed working with them as well. They were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
