I emailed Cullen RE&AC on a Friday night. Jessica called me within 5 minutes. She offered me dates for the following week and we scheduled the appraisal with Tom for Friday morning (Friday of Labor Day weekend). Promised the appraisal for Monday and emailed it to me a day earlier on a Sunday. Very professional and great service.
